I think they were going for the shock factor, but it felt a little hollow as (up until that point) I didn't know we had a baby brother - I loved yeeting the chicken over the fence though...
so; abused 10-year old has a psychotic break and kills his brother. the parents react by sending him to the looneybin, but the kid kills them the day before he goes there. 20 years later he kills one of the nurses and escapes back to his since-long abandoned home.

felt a tad incoherent at times but other than that wasn't terrible. the baby bit was odd
