constructor still exists even if u create parameterized its what assigns values explicite constructors just do the job u want thatsit in class

In .Net 6.0 version we can create default constructor in structure.
I believe is the change from .Net 5.0 to 6.0

Structure cannot have explicit constructor because in C programming language there were no concept of constructors.
Structure do not support Inheritance because Inheritance was introduced in OOPL and Structure was introduced in C programming language as it is Procedural language.
