I've played this game for so long. Shame how the series ends. But I'd love to see remakes! But anyway, I'd always question why Ignitus dies. Like... Think about it. He literally TEACHES Fire, he is a Fire Dragon. (Master of Fire) But can die from it? Fire breathing Dragons die from the very reason what makes them Mythical Creatures. And what's better yet? Cynder. Very first game, when you save Terrador from a Similar place. Volcanic Area. And after saving Terrador, Cynder APPEARS OUT OF THE GROUND OUT OF THE LAVA! It would make sense if he dies this way because the Barrier he creates really drains him. And made him extremely weak to resist the fire? But honestly, I see Fire Dragons immune to Hot like places, or attacks. Or actually like them. But I guess that's just how it must be right? Can't fly over the wall of flames? I mean wasn't Spyro able to Fly to what appears to be "Space" in the first game for the final Boss?
Well I think the belt of fire is a little more complicated than just 'fire'. You clearly can't fly over it, or they just would have done that. It's likely Dark fire, like the stuff Cynder breathes in New Beginning, or maybe even fire infused with Dark Aether (maybe that's what Dark fire is 😄) But the belt of fire is designed by Malefor to keep out any and all intruders, so I'm guessing it's some variety of Dark fire, rather than the natural element of fire, of which Ignitus could control, which is why he wasn't able to control the belt of fire or at least better protect himself against it.
@@badgasaurus4211 Yeah that was kinda dumb what this guy said, basically skip the battles and don’t explore and the game is significantly shorter… who would’ve guessed? That’d be like skipping the combat in Devil May Cru games and then saying the game is short.

It just dawned on me, if there werent non stop battles and if you didnt explore, this game is just under 2 hours
So if you skip the core gameplay loop the game is short... stonks
