something about this song feels like... i don't quite know how to put it. like that feeling when you wake up on a weekend or on break with no motivation to do anything. maybe something really bad happened the day before, maybe you and your partner broke up or you had an argument with a close friend, or... hell, maybe you just woke up that way. you distract yourself with video games, a show, maybe a book if you're one of the fancier folks. you check discord a few times, and you see your friends hanging out in a vc, but you just... don't feel like joining. maybe you try to, but you just can't think of anything to say and you just leave. no one questions it. maybe one of your friends pings you and asks you to join, but you can't be bothered because you're too busy doing nothing. maybe you word it in a slightly suggestive way, like "i'm not really feeling up to it right now" or "sorry, i'm just not feeling it today", hoping they'd catch on and just... check up on you. ask you if everything's okay. but they don't.
you stay like that for the rest of the day. maybe you listen to some music and just sulk for a while. it's just this weird middle ground of emotion; like the smallest push in either direction could tip you off, make you break down. but that push never comes. nothing *bad* happens, sure, but nothing good happens either. you don't talk to a lot of people that day; just stringing a couple sentences together almost makes you burst into tears for some reason. maybe you go somewhere more private, lie down or squat down against a wall, and try to cry; but nothing happens. nothing comes out.

ok that's definitly me. But i think speaking about that just takes time, you just have to take tiny baby steps from time to time. This week, my therapy has been this channel ^^. (I was thinking, maybe you could try and say "Welp, i don't know/i'm not fine/it's been hard for me lately or even i'm too hard on myself, i'm afraid of not being fine and letting everything down (that's definitly me lol)", you don't have to say "i think i have depression" if its too hard to say it. But i'm not the professionnal here, and it's just a thought that came to me now)
@@camillemorel5964 it takes a lot of courage to face your fears, living by others expectations, to open up to someone you dont trust, but being vulnerable its the first step to understand that you are not in control of everything and someone is going to understand you eventually, you just have to try. We all been there at some point
