I only ever see players get banned for dossing and botting on xbox, cronus and xim players from what I tell never get their accounts banned because of the issue you brought up where they see its just controller inputs

I forgot the dudes name, but I've played him 9 times this season in diamond lobbies. He glides around and full auto with kali through almost any surface. Still hasn't been banned and its been almost the whole season. It is crazy how many people don't get caught closet cheating, but it's worse when they ar full blatant.
As a console player, I totally agree with you. We don't have any weird mod cheats, but we have MNK users and crazy amounts of griefing. I love R6, but switching platform won't get you away from cheaters and BS.
There is also a zen/xen popping up more and more that controls recoil perfectly for you. Overall console is very difficult to get plat on now everyone uses xim.
I can't speak for people grinding ranked on console I've played siege on PC and PS5 (silver player) casually with friends. In terms of a casual player xims are a lot better to deal with than walls and aimbot but I'm also aware this is because I play at a low level so even though someone has xim and is mnk they aren't as good as silver PC players with mnk lol.
Hiding the names has been a boon for the cheaters. Good intentions but implementation is lacking. True name should pop up on the final scoreboard since at that point being anonymous no longer matters.

Well Ps5 basically ended all support for xim making it impossible to use it with the dualsense, I'm hoping Microsoft tries to go the same way, to make controller accesories (Third party non cheating controllers) require a license or script for the console to detect, that only microsoft can provide, this would end Xim but sadly not strikepacks as they're modded official controllers

One day me and my friends thought a guy was walling in our game, on console in ranked, a few days after that day I went back on to play and got a message that a cheater was detected in my game, 40mmr something was added into my rank.
I want to mention for match 2, there’s a bug a lot of people are getting including me since about a week into the mute event where people freeze on and off. Can be a couple seconds, or even 20 seconds (my experience). Ubi please fix this, constantly having to leave the game (like he did) and join back is unbelievably annoying
I quit playing siege because of the MnK problem on console in plat and above, it's so obvious aswell like they don't try hide it. Like they have such precision but also sensitivity higher than what is available on controller
Fun Fact: this type stuff happens in all siege modes not just Rank. Goal of Cheaters is not only make money by boosting it also to ruin the game for everyone. I had games with people just like this (Match 1).
Thanks for the mention on chronis users on console the ps4 recently has been riddled with them the recoil can be easy to control but these dudes have no recoil literally or there movement seems very loose with light movement
As someone who plays on both console and PC, I can say the state of cheating is absolutely miserable on all platforms. I hop on PC and I'm getting wall hacked lmg pre fired, I hop on Xbox and I'm getting Server Stressed Xim flicked with an lmg while my team-mate elo traps me. Siege is genuinely just a joke at this point and it's such a same because at its peak it was probably one of the best games I ever played

It’s hard to explain but when someone is using mnk on console you can see it in their aim. If the flick perfectly every time and never over or under flick it can indicate mnk. Some people are really good with their flicks but consistently is very hard to do with joystick controls. I got to plat 3 during blood orchid running with a five stack and my aim was never as crazy as some of the people I see running around in arcade mode nowadays
The big obvious thing for XIM and all these other adapters is the recoil macros. They’re the same as recoil cheats on PC where there’s legit no recoil. Not just “good recoil control”, literally 0 recoil.

I am a controller player and every 2 or 3 matches I get MNK so over time I started to see how MNK playes and how controller plays MNK is noticeable to most controller players if you have been playing for a while but even still MNK has been getting worse over the time I'm sure PC is worse yes but playing r6 on controller for the last 2 to 3 years I have seen a lot of MNK and its not the easiest to go against specific in plate high gold and diamond those are the ranks I have seen a lot of MNK and it has gotten worse over time this season it has been the worst it has been in a while and it makes the game not as fun when you know you go against a whole team of MNK it makes the game unplayable when all you get is MNK in the higher lobes and it makes silvers and gold lobbies a lot harder then they need to be I understand gold and plat can be hard to get in but even still all I deal with is MNK on console and it makes the game less fun and it makes it unplayable when all u do is lose to someone that has a zins or someone that drops there rank so they can crap on player's. Cheats still exist on console. My team played with 1 random who very blatantly toggled when we went into overtime with both walls and 0 recoil. Best part was he was 1/6/0 then after he toggled we won the game with him only pulling 1 more kill and went 2/8/0
Console k&m can be detected. They all use near the same usb client chips. So that means the usb id is the same. But it can be changed. The issue is wheels and other usb devices can use that same chip. Microsoft and sony can't just ban usb id's. The only thing is aim acceleration that can be a proof but there are high sens console players so it is out of option. No good choise.

It was a kill cam he got on my brother cause he was distracted with Fuze, it was a Twitch, he was aiming down sights and as soon as my character gets in his view his aim just locks onto my head, what's funny is he didn't even know it happened so it took him a solid three seconds for him to shoot.🤣
There are many cheaters on console. No recoil hacks, wallhacks, aimbot and xim are all running rampant right now. Especially since there is a (relatively) new controller which gives the player an (nearly) undetectable aimassist...

XIM problem: Ubisoft can’t ban xim players for using a third party keyboard and mouse not because of the updates and detecting Microsoft allows third party so if they banned xim players their game would be removed off Microsoft store unlike PlayStation which banned third party they can ban xim players

Between console and PC, I feel like the number of cheaters is higher on console, Xims, Cronus, Strike Packs. But I feel like the cheats are far worse on PC. Insta kill everybody, walls, infinite ammo and bullets that blow huge holes in walls. Each has it's ups and downs regarding cheaters.
So first you claim Xims are only hardware, and then 5 sentences later you describe how the SOFTWARE is the main issue. Therefore; your viewer was correct when talking about the software of Xim being the main issue. Which it is, there is no doubt about it. I agree with you on how you explain ubisoft's dilemma and that your viewer was completely wrong about them not wanting to stop that. The sad truth is that cheaters exist, and we all know why they do it, because they're shit at the game and the platform they play on. It's something we have to deal with, in most games. As long as there is a market, these companies will provide the tools.
As a console (xbox series X) player, I can say I haven't experienced any obvious cheating apart from DDos, which happened 2 times few years ago. There are many players out there that are really good with controllers, so I don't think using mouse and keyboard has huge advantage. Maybe it does in lower ranks.
I’m one of those controller players that is confident in his abilities. I slam on mnks and controllers as well as get slammed on by them. It’s the joys of competitive games. I want a world where everyone can play with what they want, I just want more competition, pc has so many hackers that I’d love to have more mnks on console
When comparing hackers & xim obviously hacks are worse because chances are there’s nothing you can do & you lose but at least for the most point they get banned & you get mmr back, just sucks playing so many games against them. For xim you can still beat them but they don’t get banned, mmr isn’t given back & there’s so many of them. I got a idea of how bad it was when playing with randoms & a few teammates said they’d just switch to mnk later if they’re still losing, this was in mid gold & it was years ago so it wouldn’t of gotten any better. Hhhh here we go. Console does have more cheaters then just mnk. Xim IS hardware like you said. But ALSO like you said it’s software. Part of its ability is no recoil. I have seen people with zero recoil on every gun including the smgs. I’ve seen a lot more but I only know for a fact that recoil mods exist on xims.

How to you spectate someone elses games do they have to send you there account ?
I want to send him one but it'd literally just one time the guy cheats, like he was bad but very blatant. It was a kill cam he got on my brother cause he was distracted with Fuze, it was a Twitch, he was aiming down sights and as soon as my character gets in his view his aim just locks onto my head, what's funny is he didn't even know it happened so it took him a solid three seconds for him to shoot.🤣

There are many cheaters on console. No recoil hacks, wallhacks, aimbot and xim are all running rampant right now. Especially since there is a (relatively) new controller which gives the player an (nearly) undetectable aimassist...
So in the new season and ranked 2.0 I have been grinding more than previously and have gotten into high emerald. for some reason I have been encountering diamond and even champ players. isn't it supposed to put me with roughly my skill level players? I can't compete

people have a hard time understanding that having a xim on console is a huge advantage compared to someone who is only using a full motion of their thumb
XIM problem: Ubisoft can’t ban xim players for using a third party keyboard and mouse not because of the updates and detecting Microsoft allows third party so if they banned xim players their game would be removed off Microsoft store unlike PlayStation which banned third party they can ban xim players
People would literally volunteer to sit and watch submitted reports of cheaters, to ban them. No pay required.
I’m sure they’d quit once they see their inbox filled with thousands of submissions per day.

On the XIM topic, there are so many people that literally make fucking youtube videos about how they're such and such keyboard player on console. If ubisoft cared they should be instantly banning these people.

Between console and PC, I feel like the number of cheaters is higher on console, Xims, Cronus, Strike Packs. But I feel like the cheats are far worse on PC. Insta kill everybody, walls, infinite ammo and bullets that blow huge holes in walls. Each has it's ups and downs regarding cheaters.
Can Ubisoft not send Xim a cease and desist like Activision did to the company selling Warzone hacks?

So first you claim Xims are only hardware, and then 5 sentences later you describe how the SOFTWARE is the main issue. Therefore; your viewer was correct when talking about the software of Xim being the main issue. Which it is, there is no doubt about it.
I agree with you on how you explain ubisoft's dilemma and that your viewer was completely wrong about them not wanting to stop that. The sad truth is that cheaters exist, and we all know why they do it, because they're shit at the game and the platform they play on. It's something we have to deal with, in most games. As long as there is a market, these companies will provide the tools.

As a console (xbox series X) player, I can say I haven't experienced any obvious cheating apart from DDos, which happened 2 times few years ago. There are many players out there that are really good with controllers, so I don't think using mouse and keyboard has huge advantage. Maybe it does in lower ranks.
I’m one of those controller players that is confident in his abilities. I slam on mnks and controllers as well as get slammed on by them. It’s the joys of competitive games. I want a world where everyone can play with what they want, I just want more competition, pc has so many hackers that I’d love to have more mnks on console

When comparing hackers & xim obviously hacks are worse because chances are there’s nothing you can do & you lose but at least for the most point they get banned & you get mmr back, just sucks playing so many games against them. For xim you can still beat them but they don’t get banned, mmr isn’t given back & there’s so many of them. I got a idea of how bad it was when playing with randoms & a few teammates said they’d just switch to mnk later if they’re still losing, this was in mid gold & it was years ago so it wouldn’t of gotten any better. They weren’t good, you wouldn’t of known they were xim but people really just use it because others do. But playing against xim really isn’t fun, don’t blame people for quitting especially since nothings going to change anytime soon.
I get blamed for being xim on the daily, I'm controller gang for life no strike pack. The amount of people who can't tell the difference between mnk and experience is baffling.
I dont care about ranked anymore too many cheaters makes the game unplayable. If ranked 2.0 doesn't have match cancelation, I'll just stick to casual. The game is dying and it's not as fun as it used to be.

When me and my mates play a game of siege and someone does something sus on the enemy team we go into match reply to see if they are cheating or not and the amount of time the idiots call bs and hacks when someone gets "lined up" through a wall not realising it could just seem more sus because you can see everyone's outline and most times they're not cheating they're just morons

Hhhh here we go. Console does have more cheaters then just mnk. Xim IS hardware like you said. But ALSO like you said it’s software. Part of its ability is no recoil. I have seen people with zero recoil on every gun including the smgs. I’ve seen a lot more but I only know for a fact that recoil mods exist on xims.
There's 100% more mnk players on console than controller players. Not to mention strike packs

Sieges downfall is bc of cheaters. And if they got no one to check reports u should do it and get paid or maybe they start hiring us bc I love siege but I can’t play anymore with these losers
