Spending 6CR for fresh air, is very costly air. I would rather stay in Delhi, have work, keep 6CR and enjoy City life and visit Kasaulli and other parts in India multiple times.
Although individual perception of pricing is highly subjective but I find it justifiable given the brand value of Tata housing properties and the location. And tell yourself one thing, who won't like to live in a serene quite environment with best air quality (relative to Delhi) and the effects it will have on your health (possibly increasing life expectency of an average Indian by atleast 9 years according to a study), who could put a price tag on that?!
