- So I'm not really sure why, but ever since I first heard this song, it's always made me think of Sam & Rowena. I honestly love the relationship between these two, and wish it had been explored more on screen. It would have been fun to see more sassy moments between these two. And, to satisfy my little heart, I would've liked to have seen Sam end up with Rowena, even though she didn't fit what Sam had wanted: someone he could grow old with. I'm thinking not many monsters would have messed with the significant other of the Queen of Hell, though. I always loved how Rowena was the only who could get away with calling him Samuel.
Anyway, I've been sick since Friday, so I've been working on this on and off but managed to get it finished.

They have great chemistry and their dynamic is amazing. I don't exactly ship them, but you're right that their relationship was so interesting and enjoyable to watch, and they definitely should have had more on-screen time together.

Everyone likes to go on about Deans relationships, Sam had his own connection with Rowena. Sam was always gifted in spells, magic and he is a very powerful male Witch. Rowena should of had more time to mold him. After Season 5 Sam not having his powers and visions made him so special and I had hoped Rowena would nuture him. I never saw this as a romance but more of a Teacher and student relationship and they understand each other.
I'll admit, I wanted them to kiss, but realize it was a bad idea. I would have liked him to pick her up and carry her, don't know why.
That would have been amazing to see!
I know everybody mostly saw them as couple but I never got that vibe from them to me they were just good friends (at least by the end) that could relate to each other in several ways. I also felt like Rowena was like a mother to Sam and he was like a Son to her especially towards the end
