While Sony did abandon the Vita, it still strongly lives on in the modding/hacking community. Even if you are doubtful of modding your Vita, I definetly recommend it. It's actually quite easy (as long as you have a PC and the Vita to USB chord). There's a set of videos by a UA-camr (I can't remember the name but will find it if anyone wants the channel name) that does a very beginner-friendly tutorial on how to do it. It opens up a world of things. From every Vita game being free to a full PSP emulator (original PSP OS and more). There's also the fan made games like Vita Quake. It also allows you to use a microSD card as a storage option (provided you have the cheap sD2Vita adapter). If anyone wants anymore info (as this is already long enough). PS4 Remote Play alone makes the Vita worth it. Playing Doom 2016 while yonks away from home at full 60 FPS (given internet connection is strong enough, if not 30 FPS is fine), is a dream come true

My love doesn't have any more Vita stuff. I asked him if he had any games, and he doesn't have any physical games with cases or anything lol. I did a 3DS video a little while back, and I've got some retro handhelds that I need to work my way through (Game Gear, GameBoy, GBA)
All of these systems (bar the Switch) are from my love's collection. I am really not much of a gamer, but I enjoy sales type videos, so it's a good excuse to use the systems :)
