Idk man, maybe they used different technology from the 2020 to the 2021? If you don’t get the results from messing around with the settings, maybe look into the Z Automotive taser.

I’m guessing yeah, the covers go on the same way. The needle would be inaccurate on the speed though
Have you had any problems with your needle motors? No shops in my area will do this for me for fear of damaging needle motors
