I love the fact that you showed the froth disaster because we have learned what not to do. 😂 I just picked this up for Black Friday we got sick of kurig cups. Thanks plus 1 sub.
I’ll just add for others tired of K cups, that Ninja has a machine that does single serve grounds. It makes strong coffee too. It can also do espresso apparently but I don’t have that particular model so idk how good it is
@@JustADad Oh I like it a lot, no complaints. I think it makes stronger coffee than the Keurig machine I used before. And thanks for uploading this video. Really appreciate it!
I laughed my ass off when you said is this a disaster? Been drinking coffee for four years, started drinking ice coffee over the summer and I saw this machine at Walmart on Black Friday and got it. You're tutorials have been a godsend as I start another coffee-based adventure outside of the norm. Thanks.
Thank you so much for this review! I’ve looked everywhere for a review on this machine I just bought, and finally found yours. I’m grateful you showed the frothing disaster and the proper way to use the milk attachment, or there would have been a flood in my kitchen. Pleasantly surprised at how good this machine is. New subscriber here!
Thank you for sharing how you’ll save the milk because that was the only dilemma I had after trying it out this morning. It’s a nice size machine too. I didn’t want a big bulky machine. And love how I can use the frother and cleaner alone without making anything.
I appreciate this review I just got mine Black Friday and I’m so glad I found this video before I started using it manuals are nice but video tutorials are so much better thanks!
Very awesome video, I've never made any of these. This will be the first time, and your video has helped me tremendously. I bought 2 of these machines last night, 11/24/23, and I'm setting it up right now. Thank you so much.
I just got this because I’ve been wanting an espresso machine for $50 omg thank you so much on what to do and what not to do. Do not be sorry for rushing it your showed a lot of us how to use it properly😅
This video was so helpful! Thank you! I appreciate that you showed us the froth mishap so we know what not to do. I also thought that the more less was backwards. Question- did you feel like the coffee has a plastic taste in the beginning? I’ve primed and run a few cycles and still feel the coffee has a funny taste…
Hey dude. We just bought the same machine for 50 dollars. But because our condition of been blind. We have to mark some areas so we know where to touch on the screen and so far we’re making progress making it but I wanted to know how to use the buttons on the top and the buttons on the bottom.. Meaning touching the screen. For example we have put the bigger metal piece with the handle for double shots. You know the round cup thing. Where you put the coffee. We are using the bigger one. And she wants to make the coffee with double shots. And the part that we are confuse is where you press on the top section. In the bottom section. If you wanted to be double shots. We don’t know if you need to press the top button first for the category. One time or twice. Or if we’re supposed to press the top button first once and then press the number 2 on the bottom. And then pressed once more on the top. That is the confusing part. If you can let us know how to use that section by explaining top button and bottom button and how many time? Remember we’re not interested on one shot coffee. We are interested on double shot coffee. So that is the first question how to use the top buttons and the bottom buttons? The second question is. Where to spin the dial Knob for cappuccino on the milk container thing ? From my understanding. Somebody told me that to the left is minimum. And to the right almost all the way is maximum. And if you put it all the way to the right that it is clean. I don’t know if that’s correct but I need help for that. Let me know if I’m supposed to put it almost all the way to the right for latte. Before getting to clean. And if for cappuccino if I had to put it all the way to the left or anywhere in between. Because I’m confuse about that. Or if it’s backwards. Also third question. I would like to know if for preheating if it takes like about 15 seconds or if it takes like about 30 seconds or how long does it take for preheating? Like I said we’re just learning how to use it. It is a learning curve.
Greatly appreciate you taking the time to do this video. I bought one for myself and for my brother since he loves coffee as much as I do. I am so excited!!! Thanks again! Oh, and thank you for showing us what not to do LOL!😂
I just got one of these for Christmas (they bought it on Black Friday). This video helped a lot as I watched it before trying to use mine. Glad I got to see you overflow frother lol, now I know to just set mine at about half. Made me and my wife a double capp...(cafe bustelo) works well, makes a good drink. I might want to buy another handle just to have an extra, I guess they're pretty universal? Thanks for this video!
Purchased mine Friday evening. I primed it cleaned all parts. Now I wait for Saturday morning. I hate dealing with the Milk Reservoir. However sometimes I have no issues putting it in. Anyways just watched your video after a few days of using it. Gladly I never had the milk disaster 😂. It is a sweet early birthday gift to self.
Thank you for this video. We just bought this Black Friday, and we're trying to follow the instruction manual, but watching your video helped so much! ☕️ We tried using heavy cream because it had less sugar than milk, but found that we had to thin it with a little water in order for it to work.
How is the taste with the water down heavy cream? And have you figured out a proper ratio that works best by this time? Thanks for any help - I’m interested in this machine. :)
Thanks for the review, I'm actually picking mine up tomorrow and wanted to see how it worked! It's a gift to myself for getting a new apartment for a job out of state. However, I'll happily take this one off of your hands and cancel my order😉
Excellent review. Just bought after finding multiple stores out of stock then finally got my hands on one. I dont usually drink coffee but it is never to late to start.
I love this video so much. The I love the fact that you showed us your mistakes. This video was enjoyable to watch and thank you for teaching us how to use it. I just got mine today. ❤
Good video. Watched before trying mine. Tried today & i learned not to use instant coffee. However; the water holding part leaks. My whole counter was soaked before I realized it, hours after using. It's coming from the rectangle seal area around the drip part.
bought it today too because I really like it. Thanks to it, I think I can now make milk foam without any mistakes. I appreciate you making and uploading the video.
the manual and the machine show the maximum strength froth at the plus sign. the minimum strength is the counterclockwise all the way to the left at the minus sign. the manual suggests max froth for latte and when i do that with a large cup, it overfroths too. i don't know other than it's a defect.
Great review! My kid and I were laughing at the froth disaster, but you probably helped prevent a lot of people from doing the same thing! Just purchased today through your link. Thank you 😊
Seeing a comparison to Mr. Coffee One Touch and Gourma would be cool. I liked the temperature and color of coffre comparisons you did beyween the Mr. Coffee models.
Lastnight I was watching your Mr.Coffee reviews as it was the closest look wise to this as it felt like a custom dupe. On my 3rd cup today, once you get past the learning curve you are good to go with this it seems, I did about die at the 4:18 mark, I'm thankful I didn't do that but the instructions aren't great. That said I would say its a great deal and a lot of fun to add to my coffee bar set up.
I can't thank you enough for this video! Just bought this on Black Friday for $50. Your video made the instructions much easier to understand. I have a question-when I make the Americano, the water isn't as hot as it is with the other settings. I'm setting the silver knob to "Americano." Is this normal? I have to hest it in the microwave once it's finished.
i ordered that one while i was awake 2am in the morning. i ordered it with no hesitation when i just saw it first. $50 it can't go wrong with. even coffee press cost $25 from Starbucks.
A great review! I just bought this machine too and wanted to see how others are using it. (My frothing dial works the way it should, thankfully! I'm sure I'll have a disaster at some point too haha. 🙂
For $50 hands down can't beat it! I'm loving it already. Gonna have to experiment a little with it. We picked up a blonde espresso roast and had it grinded to perfection. My gf's double latte tasted pretty weak, maybe not the best roast to use for that or I had the frother set wrong possibly. I made a double cappuccino and it was really good. Can't wait to get more experience and start perfecting.
Thanks for the video. I saw it on the black friday sale. I was debating getting this or Nespresso VertuoPlus which is on sale for about $78. Which do you like better and makes better tasting coffee as the price is pretty close with the sale. Thanks!

Is there anything that am I doing wrong or it’s something with the machine? I’ll appreciate if anyone can help me 🥺
Your milk dispenser isn't pushed all the way in. Since it doesn't detect milk, it only gives you non milk options. You have to use a slight angle and push really hard. Go back to this video and you will see his hint on how to push it in. Basically do it at a slight angle and hold the machine.

Can you do have it froth the milk separate? Without it doing the espresso?
yes

If you use the manual button it will provide 14oz max. If you reach your desired amount just hit the manual button and the coffee will stop.
Thanks for the video. Do you know why my unit only shows espresso on the display, other options are not showing up?
make sure the milk jug is in all the way
I had the same problem. Didn't realize I didn't push the milk reservoir all the way in until it clicked. Then all the other choices lights up. Duh 🤣
I'm having issues finding a reasonably priced cup that's 16oz+ and fits under there.

Do you recommend a puck screen with this machine? No idea what it’s for but I see it all over the internet when talking about espresso machines.
I have not used one yet
Hey! So these are sold out everywhere. What is a great espresso machine in the same price range?
Can I upgrade the Portofilter and the basket?…. I want to at least change the basket to a single wall non-pressurized version
How big is the portafilter for this machine?
Which do you feel is higher quality this or the Latte Lux?
Your mistake helped me a lot. I was having the opposite effect of too little froth, because I had it at the min. thinking it was the max.
