Hi Richard. Good video watch the whole thing. England win a cleansheet. Trent was ok but midfield isn't his best place to play football. Whoever Walker is better at right back which is probably why Trent plays midfield and it's somewhere he can learn to play aswell. Second half England weren't great Serbia had a couple of opportunities but all in all a win.
20 minutes before the handbrake was applied! Also, screaming out for someone who can play on the left hand side, nothing happened down there. I thought Serbia deserved something out of the game.
Winning the first game is important, but it was a struggle. Serbia never really threatened although they were on top second half. Foden poor on the left, maybe Gordon for the next game?
@@TheSuffolkCrunch it is, a win is a win - I think England will go through, but I don't believe they showed me much improvement since Iceland, or before, so I can't see them going on to win. In my opinion they need some kind of statement of intent - for the creativity England has, it didn't really create much. I see England as a group of talented players, but not a fantastic team. Many of those perceived to be "easy" seem to be a fantastic team, but lack all round talent (i.e. Serbia lacked that killer touch).
