It's actually very simple. In the beginning she crosses two "strands" of braids across each other to form a knot or 3 separate hairs then she starts braiding feeding the hair from underneath her hold. She is folding the hair inwards whilst braiding some people like to fold the hair outwards it's basically the same thing, but with practice you will find what's better for you. Hope that helps:)

Ive never seen cornrows move. Im confused as to why its moving? What technique was used, maybe a more detailed explanation will help.
Also wondering is it more comfortable if the cornrow can move like that? Because sometimes it gets tight but this looks flexible and possible more comfortable

these kinds of cornrows are braided from inside, that's how it's supposed to be , we braid like this in Ug also , there are two types of cornrows ,this one they add the braiding hair from inside and the other type is added from top , buh this kind of hair lasts longer than the top one , this one can even last for 3 to 4 months, hope you understand
