Whenever people get mad about wishing for autumn in august I get reminded of one of my friends who starts getting excited for Christmas in june/july (once we went sailing in june and she came to the place where we were meeting and told us she just finished making our Christmas presents xD) Long story short, I love having a pre-festive day to prepare for the upcoming season, or starting to do something that reminds of the season (eg baking cookies in November, watching fall things, reading summer books in April, I‘m currently knitting a bag in those typical autumn colours). It makes the transition between seasons easier and more joyful, because in a way, it‘s already there, while you haven’t left the previous and enjoy those last moments :)
I clicked before the rest of my fyp even loaded in😭😭😭😭😭

Also, the flowers kind of remind me of roses, but softer in a way? Roses sometimes look very harsh with those thornes…
that is so sweet! i love what you said about the transition of seasons being easier and exciting when you embrace both at the same time 🫶
