I really wish he would stop though :')' I'm mentally screaming at him rn. How is it so hard to make the track a little bigger BEFORE you create the field there either? I know they need all the field space they could get but like... come on. That's just common sense, the machinery is wider than the path that was left. ARGH! But I digress.. time to finish the episode :')

Could have had the forest cleared in two episodes and so much more money to get them ahead of where they are now. I get not making every video the same, but it's still frustrating to watch when these decisions are made. And I love watching his videos.
I think you should drag the cultivator with you into the forest as you grab logs. You can make yourself a work path via field creation. You may be able to see the stumps as you drive back better
I suggested he do that in the 1st Video. or at least cultivate the whole area

Now that you have a combine go around the property you can and harvest the what wild crop you can. Winter amount to a ton but every little bit helps. And breaks up the monotony of logging.
The problem with harvesting the crop in the forest area is that it's a mix of sorghum and ooats, so it would just keep switching between the two.
The weird drawbar from the dril is a part of the mod. You can open it with the controls of a frontloader.

Lime is best afterwards because then you get the right amount of lime for the crop you have drilled. With Precision Farming I always drill then Lime to get the perfect pH
Lime is the same for all crop types, only the soil type matters.
Doesn't matter when you apply lime with pf. I purchase fields ready to harvest all the time and still apply lime and fertilizer to bring the score up to perfect. The only thing you can't do is spray weeds.
I always lay my lime down then drill - 1 so I can see where I've drilled and 2 because irl you'd like before sowing.
I think the yard would look really good on the other side of the rock over were chainsaw was cutting trees

Vehicle breakdowns and machiners breakdowns would be so much fun. The worse you keep your machinery (dont wash it off after using it and running its maintainence down without servicing) the more the machines should break down. Also driving into the river should incur a fee to repair your tractor as well.

Lag could be your server host (might wanna hit up customer service about that), or it could be BT (or whoever your ISP is) In any event, you might wanna look into that. If i were paying good money for broadband internet, and a dedicated server, i'd be pretty pissed with that performance, and i'd be making phone calls until it was fixed.

I find that it's best to wait an in-game day before you lime if you aren't using fertiliser, otherwise your crop won't germinate. I once had a patch of field that had lime on the day of planting and it didn't germinate the next day
you can most definitely put lime down after you plant and it will count.
Do you have a list of the Mods you have installed, so if someone likes to do the same, with the same setup and mods.
Your trailers have rear hitches. You could have taken both to reconfigure if/when you suspect you'll do multiple loads.
You should install the John deere balers as they are 12k each (and square)
With precision farming you can lime at any point. Base game you can only lime same day as sowing, once it has a growth state it will no longer accept it.
The hitch to the seeder isn't broken you can adjust it when it's connected to the tractor.
just me or sometimes feel like Daggerwin and Chainsaw have a passive aggressive friendship? lol any chance of discord chats so you can be ideating together and also be able to prove that lime can go down after seeding real time?

You can definitely lime after you seed in the game. As long as it's the same month as you seeded. IDK how realistic that is though 😂

Quite clearly a stupid place to park the trailer when putting over length logs on to a flatbed trailer....
Also, the Daggerweight should be sold! Just use the fert spreader as a weight if you can't be bothered to buy an actual weight....
Please cut down the grass (and other greenery) before felling trees, makes it easier to spot the logs but also we can see what you're doing instead of watching a chainsaw or a grabber going into nothing and summon a log from the ground 😅 love the vids tho!
To bad you couldn't have a hitch on those trailers so you could pull a double trailer set up

can you cultivate all the random crop around? why dont you get a lumber trailer or the sawmill to drag them right into the trigger? wasted wood. you have to keep the good trees as well.
Why not 'hire in a company to soil sample' and just click the plot in the precision farming screen and 'purchase soil info' ?
Not sure on this map, but on some where you create fields you don’t have that option until you initially sample the field.

Can you harvest the wild sorghum? If so you should harvest before making new fields
Harvest the sorghum from the forest after cutting down the trees
Just put a fence along the edge of the river, then none of you can fall in
There is a mod called advanced maintenance which includes breakdowns/towing for machines with high damage %
The best thing about falling in the river is not having to drive to the shop.

Since you’re doing so much wood, why not try going into the lumber production? That way you can be making more for your buck. Of course you’re going to have to sell more wood to finance it….

With Precision Farming, the lime (and fertilizer) the application rates are variable. If your pH is way out of whack you'll dump lime like it's going out of style, but if you stay on the field lime, you'll not use that much each application.
Also lime can be spread after germination. Only after it’s ready to harvest will it not work.
Correct and its also best to drill before doing Lime so you apply the right amount of lime for the crop you have planted and end up with teh best pH for the crop@@matt5075
He could cut the logs a little shorter and use one tractor to take two trailers at a time. One cuts the other hauls. And swap back and forth. Saves fuel on the tractor and more per trip
It would be nice if we could hear you both communicating with each other during videos.

Please use seasons so we do not just have continuous planting of soybeans and sorghum just "because they grow fast". Unless given a reason otherwise it seems to be all you ever plant. The fact you are surprised that all your fields are soybeans is amusing and somewhat frustrating and also proves my point.
Isn’t there a dolly for that drill that allows you to tow it length ways behind the tractor? May help avoid damaging crops
