I'm from Sinhgad college of engineering in Pune. I passed out 2011 batch and I know this story is true. I encountered a lots of times even my batchmates too.
Amaan bhai my brother studies in this college and he doesn't believe in negative energy but around 1 month ago he realises that something is there at the second floor and then he tries to find out. But ek din sam ko vo apne dosto k sath chala gya college or unhone usse dekha .
Everything happens when everything will be quite just go alone at midnight and feel the presence it will be different the areas will be quite and cold and that is where you will feel bad sense and can see bad things just saying✌️
I really feel sorry to those who commit suicide thinking it will end their misery and later get stuck in that misery for years, till they get liberated from being a ghost!

It's not Sinhgad vadgaon campus. I'm living in this campus area for 20+ years from my school time. i know each corner of this campus. And I wandered there at all hours of the day & night but i didn't find any such paranormal activity. But the dark open corridors of the college building, plantations arround building causes darkness in the college campus at night and that is scary. Maybe that's why these stories were made up. And about this story. Watchman is not appointed for building. There is a peon for the building who is there till 6 pm only Note - I'm only talking about vadgaon campus. Not other campuses. And even though I am a coward myself in these paranormal things, I can walk freely in this area, so you can think about it
My sister studied in this college. She had very scary experience in girls hostel, next day after girl committed suicide in room below her floor. She did not return to hostel for next one month.
