They always write as if the doctor works in an office and the medical director has the power to hire and fire, when in fact doctors usually work like independent contractors. Michael Jackson's doctor who was convicted in his death still works as a doctor . Noone has suspended her medical license and no one would for something non work related. They said they fired her for missing work but she still is an MD she can go work somewhere else. Story doesn't make sense
