Tidus IS actually picky but Kimahri is TERRIBLE LOL! 😂 Yuna eats ANYTHING. Kimahri just eats because she doesn't want the others to have it, all while she dreams of big juicy steaks haha 🤣 She's the ULTIMATE carnivore 🥩 - and thank you so much! Wish you were there!

I have been to Switzerland twice. The first was on a bus tour, not my favorite. I was so taken with the beauty of Switzerland, I definitely wanted to return but in a different tour. The 2nd time we took a 10 day hiking/ walking trek in Saas Fee, and surrounding areas, where we stayed in quaint villages, where vehicle traffic was banned. We either hiked, walked, took a bus or ferry or train and were quite active every day. Walking up the switch back trails and through the glades into the valleys, crossing over rivulets of cascading mini waterfalls, and through terrain and spectacular forests felt like a page out of The Heidi movie. Most surprising of all through one part of a forest we came to an isolated log cabin in the woodands, where Heidi's grandfather comes over to us and asks us if we would like to take home one of his wood carvings. All of the vistas were truly surreal. Walking up the switchbacks with water cascading over the rocks as we hiked higher up, revealing even more amazing scenery was truly breathtaking! I was so captivated with the vistas and I felt such good energy everywhere, I never wanted to leave! I have never felt such a connection to any place I have visited as strongly as Switzerland! My husband and I are planning on visiting again soon. Would love to take our 2 GSD's too! Victoria and JCee you truly inspire us all with following and making your dreams come to life! Absolutely love your chalet and the travelling on trains. We noticed that last year when my husband and I were on a work trip in Vienna and Salzburg, Austria - how pet friendly the trains and places are! A real eye-opener, and I feel it's a bit of a duty for me to try and increase this awareness in Australia when we do bring Bella along places, how great it is to share with your furbabies. Honestly you guys are such an inspiration for me. P.S. That taste test with the puppo's… omg too cute!!! xx

Were they scared on the plane? Turbulence? Bathroom breaks? How long were your flights? How much did it cost for them to fly? Did you use any supplements to help them be calm? What a view at the chalet! Loved watching the Squad explore the new place. You have such a soothing voice, I could listen to it and watch cute huskies all day :) Tidus is super cute with his push push toy :) Loved that Kimahri went right for the fish, while the other 2 start with the egg :) My favorite was the taste test, Kimahri just says no to veggies haha :) So beautiful there, thanks so much for sharing with us all. We really wish we knew what the Squad thinks about the change of scenery. They definitely love the smell of the grass here, that’s for sure! We can definitely taste a difference in the quality of food here, especially eggs and tomatoes. Yuna eats anything, and the more potent, the better 😆. Traveling and finding a place to stay with 3 dogs really does take a lot of strategy and careful planning. We both have been very self sufficient since we were young, so we know what it takes to get things done. We work very hard at everything thing we do, and we really appreciate it when people notice that, so thank you 🙏❤️ ...the next video is going to be uplifting with some funny moments. Another beautiful video. I think it's fabulous to go on adventures like this with your dogs. And that chalet looks fabulous ♥️. The taste test at the end was really sweet. My own two year old Husky figured out this spring and summer that when I pick things off trees it's usually for eating. So when he saw me picking black berries a few days ago his face was so "hey wait, not seen that before. Can I try?". He liked them if course. Can't wait to see the next part of your adventure 🐺🐺

Often there are local butchers where you could get raw meat, sometimes even local small farmer might have their slaughter days and and might sell those products fresh. There you would need to reach out to them directly in the area you just are and maybe asking locals if something like that is around. If you like to tell me what you need, I could look out for brands who sell raw food. There are some, and some do deliver within the EU. Most of them should be willing to answer your questions in english as well.
Thanks Becky, we appreciate that. We've been working on our French 😁 but so far most people we've run into speak english very well. We found sardines and anchovies in some Coops, and we were able to source a rabbit blend as well. We're still keeping our eyes open as we travel, but so far we're getting by. We will be visiting some local butchers too 👍 Are you from Germany? I hope you don't mind me asking.

@@huskysquad I could follow my ancestry back to 1789 on my grandfather's side. Pure german through the centuries, once proud to be, ashamed today. But that's due to political reasons and a drastic negative change in society. If you don't have to live here, it is amazing. Otherwise not so much. I could tell you a ton of things but that doesn't belong here. If I had the chance I would leave europe. Yeah, if you visit, give me a notice and I would not mind helping out with translating stuff. I live in an area where a lot of people go hiking. If you are interested I would send an email cause I don't wanna reveal where I live publicly.
It's so great to see more of that chalet, the views are awesome, the landscape is like a beautiful painting! Answering the questions of where to go, I would love to see you on Canada, one of my dreams is to visit Alaska and Canada someday. But now you are in Europe and there are awesome dreamy places to visit, so alps in france sound great! The north of Europe is also a dream place to go, norway,finland... Talking about raw, here in Spain there are some good brands that serve raw food menus, but I usually prefer to do it myself, I buy the meat, fish,vegetables and fruit in the supermarket and the suplements from the brands that serve the raw menus. I'm sure that there are some in france, It's a great country for travelling with dogs. Anyway if you visit Spain I will send you brands of raw food. I would love to see the video with all the details of how you crossed the ocean with tha husky squad, It's amazing. And also the video with your holistic friend that you talk about in a live video. My dear friend Laura! Thank you so much for your comment 🙏❤️ We have been to Canada, but to be honest, we are really enjoying the culture experience in Europe! And the landscapes are much more diverse and beautiful in and around the Alps (in our humble opinion). Maybe it’s personal preference 😆...The food also tastes much better here! Thank you for the raw food suggestions, and yes, we will definitely let you know if we go to Spain. We actually arrived to Spain from our flight to Europe. Everything went smooth, but as soon as we stepped out the airport, things got pretty crazy! It was extremely difficult to find transportation and accommodations that would allow 3 medium sized dogs. We had such a difficult time in Spain, so we had to rent a car and leave the country very quickly 😆 ...it’s a long story, which we might share in a video someday, but so far France and Switzerland have been much more dog friendly. We hope to go back to Spain someday to explore the mountains in the north, and the Basque Country as well. We are planning many more videos, and we will talk about some tips for flying over seas with dogs. We already filmed an interview video with our holistic veterinarian friend, which is going to be out in a few weeks! 👍 Big hugs to you and your beautiful Runa!

Beautiful video ❤️!! It was funny to see you watching Netflix 😆! On all our trips in Europe (Ireland, Holland, Switzerland) it were very difficult to find meat or affordable meat... In France where we live, we only find raw meat in supermarkets, sheep, lamb, duck but it’s human food. Pork seems to be also a good cheap protein source but I didn’t try yet. I didn’t find pet markets with high quality raw food in Europe. So I’ll keep an eye on the others answers!

Husky Squad We are feeding Talulla with a variation of Raw food. We cook fresh meats, fishes, vegetables and fruits, but it’s never crude. We have done many research and except for Germany, it’s difficult to find RAW prepared meals in our stores. Speaking of Netflix, we love Netflix 😆. Dear beautiful husky squad family! Last but not least! ;-) We are planning our last road trip in October, we are going North East from NY state -> Maine -> Vermont -> Catskills NY then back to NY (about 10 days). As a reminder Solly is 12 years old. When the weather is cooler she gets more energy but she has some days when she gets very tired. So we are not planning of doing any long hiking trails. She loves car rides and discovering the world with us however sometimes I feel like car rides could be intense on her hips and legs. Any recommendation? Thank you again and again! Laure & Solly
What a PACK! I feel for the shedding but you have even more LOVE going around :) Isn't it the BEST? Life is better with our fur kids for sure! We hope to visit the beautiful nature in your amazing country some day! 🇨🇦
That's a great question! Overall the Squad doesn't care a whole lot because they stick to being a pack between themselves and together with us. It's all about the energy of the other dog. If Tidus senses danger or aggression, he's the first to become protective which is very unusual for a husky (long story why) but - overall, they are very chill and enjoy meeting other dogs briefly and go back to being a bonded pack fairly quickly. However if Kimahri meets a dog that LOVES to run FAST - she'll go to town and have a lot of fun!
Wherever we travel to, we go to local large supermarkets and look in the frozen seafood section. The fish needs to be small and whole (like sardines or anchovies) and they need to be frozen for a minimum of 72 hours before defrosting and then feeding. Where do you live? Local pet food stores (not like petco) carry raw small fish for dogs too!
Yvonne Sullivan they love Salmon, but you have to be cautious with raw Salmon according our holistic vet. I have to check with him again about the reason
Hello! I am writing here to seek help from all dog lovers! I just adopted my second husky rescue last Saturday from Riverside shelter in SoCal. BUT, there are just so many more waiting to be saved. I am sitting here and thinking what else can I do to help. So, here I am, writing to all dog/husky lovers. Is there anyone out there who is or know someone that’s interested in adopting? They have ages from 1 to 4 year old. The shelter just killed 17 dogs in the last 2 days. If you are out of state, we can even try to transport the dog to the destination if needed. We just need more people to adopt to save lives. 😢
We live in Switzerland and order our dog food here: barf-and-more.webstores.ch It is the biggest Barf-Shop in Switzerland. They also have a shop in 9548 Matzingen. The delivery is very fast and they have a lot of different products, all raw. I don't know if you can change the language in english, the website is not that perfect.

Absolutely love your chalet and the travelling on trains. We noticed that last year when my husband and I were on a work trip in Vienna and Salzburg, Austria - how pet friendly the trains and places are! A real eye-opener, and I feel it's a bit of a duty for me to try and increase this awareness in Australia when we do bring Bella along places, how great it is to share with your furbabies. Honestly you guys are such an inspiration for me. P.S. That taste test with the puppo's… omg too cute!!! xx

What a view at the chalet! Loved watching the Squad explore the new place. You have such a soothing voice, I could listen to it and watch cute huskies all day :) Tidus is super cute with his push push toy :) Loved that Kimahri went right for the fish, while the other 2 start with the egg :) My favorite was the taste test, Kimahri just says no to veggies haha :) So beautiful there, thanks so much for sharing with us all. We really wish we knew what the Squad thinks about the change of scenery. They definitely love the smell of the grass here, that’s for sure! We can definitely taste a difference in the quality of food here, especially eggs and tomatoes. Yuna eats anything, and the more potent, the better 😆. Traveling and finding a place to stay with 3 dogs really does take a lot of strategy and careful planning. We both have been very self sufficient since we were young, so we know what it takes to get things done. We work very hard at everything thing we do, and we really appreciate it when people notice that, so thank you 🙏❤️ ...the next video is going to be uplifting with some funny moments. Another beautiful video. I think it's fabulous to go on adventures like this with your dogs. And that chalet looks fabulous ♥️. The taste test at the end was really sweet. My own two year old Husky figured out this spring and summer that when I pick things off trees it's usually for eating. So when he saw me picking black berries a few days ago his face was so "hey wait, not seen that before. Can I try?". He liked them if course.

I would love to see some recipe videos on the food for the pups!!
Often there are local butchers where you could get raw meat, sometimes even local small farmer might have their slaughter days and and might sell those products fresh. There you would need to reach out to them directly in the area you just are and maybe asking locals if something like that is around.
If you like to tell me what you need, I could look out for brands who sell raw food. There are some, and some do deliver within the EU. Most of them should be willing to answer your questions in english as well.
Thanks Becky, we appreciate that. We've been working on our French 😁 but so far most people we've run into speak english very well. We found sardines and anchovies in some Coops, and we were able to source a rabbit blend as well. We're still keeping our eyes open as we travel, but so far we're getting by. We will be visiting some local butchers too 👍

But that's due to political reasons and a drastic negative change in society. If you don't have to live here, it is amazing. Otherwise not so much. Talking about raw, here in Spain there are some good brands that serve raw food menus, but I usually prefer to do it myself, I buy the meat, fish,vegetables and fruit in the supermarket and the suplements from the brands that serve the raw menus. I'm sure that there are some in france, It's a great country for travelling with dogs. Anyway if you visit Spain I will send you brands of raw food.

And the landscapes are much more diverse and beautiful in and around the Alps (in our humble opinion). Maybe it’s personal preference 😆...The food also tastes much better here!
Thank you for the raw food suggestions, and yes, we will definitely let you know if we go to Spain. We actually arrived to Spain from our flight to Europe. Everything went smooth, but as soon as we stepped out the airport, things got pretty crazy! It was extremely difficult to find transportation and accommodations that would allow 3 medium sized dogs. We had such a difficult time in Spain, so we had to rent a car and leave the country very quickly 😆 ...it’s a long story, which we might share in a video someday, but so far France and Switzerland have been much more dog friendly. We hope to go back to Spain someday to explore the mountains in the north, and the Basque Country as well.
We are planning many more videos, and we will talk about some tips for flying over seas with dogs. We already filmed an interview video with our holistic veterinarian friend, which is going to be out in a few weeks! 👍 Big hugs to you and your beautiful Runa!

Beautiful video ❤️!! It was funny to see you watching Netflix 😆! On all our trips in Europe (Ireland, Holland, Switzerland) it were very difficult to find meat or affordable meat... In France where we live, we only find raw meat in supermarkets, sheep, lamb, duck but it’s human food. Pork seems to be also a good cheap protein source but I didn’t try yet. I didn’t find pet markets with high quality raw food in Europe. So I’ll keep an eye on the others answers!

Husky Squad We are feeding Talulla with a variation of Raw food. We cook fresh meats, fishes, vegetables and fruits, but it’s never crude. We have done many research and except for Germany, it’s difficult to find RAW prepared meals in our stores. Speaking of Netflix, we love Netflix 😆. Dear beautiful husky squad family! Last but not least! ;-)
We are planning our last road trip in October, we are going North East from NY state -> Maine -> Vermont -> Catskills NY then back to NY (about 10 days).
As a reminder Solly is 12 years old. When the weather is cooler she gets more energy but she has some days when she gets very tired. So we are not planning of doing any long hiking trails.
She loves car rides and discovering the world with us however sometimes I feel like car rides could be intense on her hips and legs.
Any recommendation?

how does the squad react to other dogs male/female?
That's a great question! Overall the Squad doesn't care a whole lot because they stick to being a pack between themselves and together with us. It's all about the energy of the other dog. If Tidus senses danger or aggression, he's the first to become protective which is very unusual for a husky (long story why) but - overall, they are very chill and enjoy meeting other dogs briefly and go back to being a bonded pack fairly quickly. However if Kimahri meets a dog that LOVES to run FAST - she'll go to town and have a lot of fun!

Wherever we travel to, we go to local large supermarkets and look in the frozen seafood section. The fish needs to be small and whole (like sardines or anchovies) and they need to be frozen for a minimum of 72 hours before defrosting and then feeding. Where do you live? Local pet food stores (not like petco) carry raw small fish for dogs too!

Hello! I am writing here to seek help from all dog lovers! I just adopted my second husky rescue last Saturday from Riverside shelter in SoCal. BUT, there are just so many more waiting to be saved. I am sitting here and thinking what else can I do to help. So, here I am, writing to all dog/husky lovers. Is there anyone out there who is or know someone that’s interested in adopting? They have ages from 1 to 4 year old. The shelter just killed 17 dogs in the last 2 days. If you are out of state, we can even try to transport the dog to the destination if needed. We just need more people to adopt to save lives. 😢

We live in Switzerland and order our dog food here: barf-and-more.webstores.ch It is the biggest Barf-Shop in Switzerland. They also have a shop in 9548 Matzingen. The delivery is very fast and they have a lot of different products, all raw. I don't know if you can change the language in english, the website is not that perfect.
