If they don't have some, ask an employee if they know what shop sells sago, they could give you 1 or 2 addresses. If no one knows, check on the internet where to find sago, or maybe directly buy some on the internet. You'd probably have to consider that, and how's the culture where you live to know if some of these will be easily found or not. I've heard in some countries you only find some of these ingredients in specialized Brazilian and Asian markets/stores

You can substitute the dairy milk with other plant-based milk instead. That's what I would do😊 for the condensed milk part as far as I know it's mainly sugar and something else (so like not very much a dairy product)

If your in the US, sago can likely be found at H Mart, 99 Ranch, or another Asian market, as well as nato de coco.
