Thank you very much! The first inflator doesn't inflate 11" balloons. You could use a hand pump, however it would take much longer. The second inflator doesn't inflate 5" balloons.

I like to know how long is the wire for one heart.
I'm not sure how long that wire is. I know the total height having the heart on 3 poles is approx 7' tall.
