I read the housemaid too and I loved it! And then I heard the same things you probably did and then it made me think twice about purchasing her other books (I did also read the sequel the housemaids secret which was really good too)

love these videos!! Still Beating has been on my tbr for a while and i've heard so many good things but I've never gotten around to starting it. I'm in a Mafia romance phase right now and Neva Altaj has THE BEST series I've found. Interconnected standalones all 4+ stars but #2 and #5 are my favs.

There’s a tv show about a true story with still beating that I loved hearing from the people who survived. It’s called captive on Netflix. I think it’s episode 5. But I loved all the episodes
