I taped this on my VCR from WVPT several years ago and believe me, this is much easier to watch than that one is now. Thank you for putting it up. Some of us who have moved away like to play it and remember the "Burg.
10:38 is the back of waterman, not simms. thanks for the upload. such a shame about what was destroyed for carparks. especially on the northside of town
1989- 1990 worked on those feed silos on the edge of town, as a welder, every time you go by you can say I know the guy that made those ladders up the sides
Thanks. It's very old and made for TV, but we put it here to protect our history. We have a few others that people all over the world seem to enjoy as well.
Things have changed a lot in the 18 years that passed after this was made. I am sorry if the quality wasn't up to today's standards. We do make new videos. I hope they are more pleasant to listen to.
My mom is in this as well as some other folks I know, including a former teacher. Love seeing this. Thank you.

Loved all the photos and interviews! My parents and my hometown.
Loved this! It's why I'll be moving there soon. Can't wait to be a part of the historical society. Very touching film.
That's wonderful. We are happy to have you. Look us up when you get to town. Pop by the station and we will give you a tour.
Would be nice if they talked about the natives who first populated the area then the rest of Harrisonburg history
Enjoyed the video!
