@davidwright8453 You can adjust this fan speed from the software setting. I would like to guess that you know this. If you are going to operate it in a high place (CEILING), you need to open this module. When you turn it on, the fan starts cooling at high speed. If you are going to run it in a low place (DESKTOP), you should turn off this fan speed. Maybe it's turned on in settings. I recommend you to take a look before changing the fan. @URBAN PROSPECTING My request from the content owner is to show the battery removal process if possible. The reason why many people want it is; This battery has a chronic problem. It cannot be charged after using it 3 times. People who know a little about this business are looking for a solution and want support from a professional in the dismantling process. My fan wont stop spinning at highest RPM what would you use for a replacement
