The village with British troops walking through it (from 4.56 minutes until 5.24 minutes) is Villy Bocage, a small village about 1km north of Villers Bocage.
Seems to be a film essay on disposal of unexploded ordnance, demining, and clearing booby traps. Clips from demining at Vernon and clearing booby traps in Villers-Bocage sometime after August 4. Great shot of two destroyed Tiger tanks.
You have to admire those men in the flail tanks, if the mines weren't bad enough, that cloud of dust being raised would make you a certain target for artillery fire.
