Never seen my cat drink so much water at once!! Just bought it today and watched this video to set up. She never used to drink so much water.

I followed directions exactly but the gray lid won't go on it, it's like the filter sticks up to much and I have it on as far as it goes. Any ideas why this would happen?

The pump is not strong enough to pump the water out through the butterfly end. I will be returning the fountain

I called and they said to make sure to put the blue teardrop piece back over the propeller on the motor. The instructions make it sound like that you remove it and leave it off but you’re actually supposed to put it back on.
I love this fountain, my two cats love it, my lid fit well, I just had to flip it, and the pump is nice, my only problem is that it makes a really really loud grinding sound when it's empty and scares my cats to not want to use it for little bit
We are sorry to hear this is happening! Please keep in mind that the fountain needs to keep water in it at all times since the pump is running continuously. If the water level is too low, the pump will begin to overheat. If the pump overheats and becomes damaged, you would need to purchase a replacement pump for the fountain. You can prevent this from occurring by regularly topping off the water either once a day or once every other day depending on how quickly your cats drink the water.

Is it supposed to take a minute for the water to come out ? I followed instructions but water isn’t coming out

Using this as a bird bath

I am experiencing the same issue everyone has. The gray lid doesnt fit and/or it doesnt align. I just spent $26 dollars on this

My topper will not secure

I bought this and it doesn't work. It doesn't have enough power to make it to the fountain. It just sits on the top of the white spout. It doesn't even make it to the butterfly.

We are having a issue too! It seems the water doesn't want to come up and out. We made sure water is to its max and still nothing. We don't want to return it😞

I just called and we troubleshot it. Make sure you put the blue teardrop piece back over the motor propeller.

Does not tell you how to put the motor back together after cleaning!
