Sir, I have been traveling from Delhi to my hometown in Haryana via train from last 5 years. Recently from past month, I have observed groups of 15-18 men, aged 20-45, who claimed to be from Assam, traveling with reserved tickets in sleeper coaches to Rohtak and Bhatinda. When asked where they were traveling to, they just showed their tickets and didn't know how to pronounce their destination name. I doubt they even know how to read. The intention behind 'Emergency' is not just to tell a story, but to educate the younger generation about the importance of history and the realities of the Emergency period from 1975 to 1977.
The anticipation I had for the film's release was truly overwhelming and only hoped that Kangana’s vision would eventually be acknowledged. There are still good Sikhs but a good majority of them (especially Punjab villages and abroad) now consider Bhindrawale as their Guru or Hero.
