It's actually good to worry because that means you care about the problem. You can use it stay focussed on the problem and give your best to find the solutions to overcome them. Talk to the right people about your worries, read more and you will find solutions. And yes, when you listen to such chanting like the ones in this video, it helps calm you down.

I am the same. I hope to have strength to gracefully carry the load required of me in this lifetime. I don't really hope to have no problems but just to be calm under pressure. Remember to breathe, drink water, sleep and eat healthy. May our choices be wise ones.
