You don't need to remove the plastic bushings. If the distance between the plastic bushings and the dust wiper is small, you can always slice the foam ring in half prior to soaking it in oil
I haven't open himalo, but the only budget fork around 6K that comes with foam rings is the newer version of Suntour XCM. Try to open the lower leg and check to make sure if it has foam rings

Yes for semi-bath, for damper please use IPONE 5WT Fork Oil, and lastly is there a store that sells IPONE? i am using Motorex 5WT fork oil now but I really like IPONE although it is a bit pricey.
my washer iyan, sa early part ng video may washer na fit talaga sa lower leg, kaya hindi ko na nilagyan ng teflon or o-ring, sa Rockshox Boxxer ko ganyan din may washer na fit talaga sa butas nga lower leg kaya hindi nag li-leak ng oil.

Master, baka mag leak ang ibaba nyan tulad ng saakin. Same fork, nilagyan ko ng motorcycle fork oil. Nilagyan mo rin sana ng teflon tape yung bolt.
