Dex increases the cooldown between moves making true combo strings easier to pull off using some weapons. Imo it’s the least important stat for most legends, but you can feel a difference if you experiment in training mode with the powers viewer.

A good idea is to avoid getting the new windows because it currently has bugs and you should keep windows 10. Windows 11 is not that good for gaming as it has settings affecting it.
maybe theres still some bugs with windows 11 even ,though they said it was done. in my oponion they shouldve tested it better(im not sure if theres still some bugs)i hope this information helps
