I love to watch have est! And it has to feel good to you to have another chore done! I love Jess's hair mine came back curly the first time, new chemo for 6 treatments I hope it comes back curly again!
So automative these days… my father chopped hay and bailed it for a living some 60 years ago. You can imagine how the chopping was done then we raked then bailed all separately! To this day there is no greater feeling than smelling chopped hay in a field!! That aroma can be smelled for miles back then!!
I still live in that small town in California! I love watching your channel!
Love the sheep… we had suffix too! Thanks for bringing us along Sandi!
love your story, i hope you are doing well now
So much skill and knowledge are required to be a farmwr. Brava, Sandi!
I can almost smell the hay. I could watch this all day. It is so calming and relaxing.
Making hay while the sun shines.
Mmmm fresh cut hay😊😊
Mesmerizing and peaceful to watch!
I just love to watch this, Sandi! Beautiful, green, smells great, hay! I bet the sheep can smell it from inside the barn! It's kind of like wanting a drink but the bar won't be open for another couple of hours 🍻😱 And, Piper.... Asleep on the job! Thanks to Jess for helping, too!
Happy Father's Day to Mark, and all the wonderful dads out there! 🎉 Blessings from Alabama ❤️ P. S. Those wagon snatchers save a ton of time and gas.. too cool 😎
Bet it smell so good!! 😀
That grew pretty darn quick!!! Love your videos 😍📸
Love when we cut hay. It's the smell of fresh green grass for the sheep. Lil Piper snoozing is so cute
How satisfying is that. Love that the dog just sleeps through it❤ Thank you for sharing
I love it with these videos!!! Thanks
Love watching this. Just saw another UA-camr who only has one 25 acre field so he has the Amish in his area mowing and bale his hay (yes Amish using tractors). They had 6 tractors mowing 25 acres. Done in a snap. The equipment cost needed to mow that one field will pay the Amish for many years.
Always Loving The Brock Fam!
❤🐑🐕🌾👨👨👧👧❤
Love the drone footage. Thank you for sharing❤❤
It’s a thing of beauty and I can smell it to. I am one of your fans that loves the farm side as much as the sheep side.❤❤
Thank you Sandi and family for teaching me so much about farming as it dovetails into both the sheep and income after input. (I used to call it profit until I realized that the “labor” is now a computerized piece of farm equipment.) However this is where Mark shines with his wealth of knowledge he gleans about everything from soil content to cover crops and field rotation. Sandi sometimes has no idea how much she really knows as she seamlessly explains how Mark puts “drainage tile” in a field to keep moisture even. Then she shows her own physical strength in helping her quiet but very knowledgeable husband meticulously puts down a drainage system where the “next chapter” will add new richness for Sandi to add to her already diverse story line. It’s not just about waiting between each lambing for the next but rather a combination of all the endeavors of the Brock family in one place.
❤ Praise God! 🎉
That is so relaxing. I love stuff like that. Thank you for sharing Sandy. I love all the things you guys do.
Jess' curls giving Betty Boop is such an adorable way!
Piper sleeping is so stinking precious.
I always enjoy the smell of fresh cut hay. 😃
Love the Smells it gives nothing like the smell of hay to know Summer is here ❤❤
Hard work. That whittle doggie is in heaven. Sleeping with that vibration. So sweet. ❤
I love the aerial view.. such a relaxing and peaceful view.. amazing ❤❤❤❤
Could it be Sandi’s drone skills?

Lots of field to cover. Bless your heart.❤️
Great video!
Happy early Father's Day to your husband
Fun to watch! Bet it smells great!
Pretty dang cool to watch
I swear, the hay is so thick and luscious this year for whatever reason. Absolutely gorgeous and will be some good eating for the flock.
Sandi I ❤ every minute of your vlogs & shorts‼️I have learned SO much about sheep farming & care. And large scale farming!
I always thought HAY was smaller chopped & younger STRAW! Never dawned it could be those crop types, cut green, & Fermented⁉️
I never knew rocks big & small could keep rising to the surface year after year, even centurys! On such level lands. And.of all things, FIELD TILES⁉️❤️
I Love ❤ all those sweet lambs! & Especially your compassion for them & all the mamas & daddys‼️
I grew up on a tiny NC coastal farm. Dad didn't even get a tractor until I was married. We did hard back breakung work with only subsustence for the next winter, with canned veges & a little to barter with our neighbors. A couple hogs butchered with neighbors' help, for shares of the meat.
I ❤ watching your vlogs, every minute & all the changes over the years.
I'm thankful for your wonderful family, & strengths. And Jess's wellness.
You go girl, & I'm so jealous of those beautiful curls‼️
❤️🙏🥰💞💞
It's so meditative!
Now when you say haylage I know what you're talking about. Thank you so much for this video. It makes me feel kind of sort of like a farmer 🤣🥰
This is so cool to watch!
Just AMAZING!!! thanks for sharing,. Wish I grew up on a farm.
Zen pup!
Glorious hay!!❤
Love this! 💜
Love the 'sleepy passenger'🥰
Beautiful 😊
One of the angles made it looks almost identical to one of our fields at home in Norway, which was a surprise to see xD
I love your life ❤
Piper is so cute
If keep getting rain hay and alfalfa going to do amazing this year here in northwest Missouri we usually don't cut till middle to end of July around the time wheat 🌾 harvest starts we already cut hay end of May first part of June growing so fast this year maybe 🤔🤔 4 cuttings this year
Beautiful hay
Wow this is so different in how we do it in the uk. Except the sleepy dog in the tractor, thats a normal sight 😂
Jess looks cute in curls.👍
I've always wondered how you filled the bags.
My eyes are itching just from watching this.
❤😊
…WOW! 😮😮😮
This must be before the watery cut .
Great filming and editing.
Not so sure about haylage but I love the smell of silage. Many people find it disgusting but not me.
Smells about the same when it's done fermenting.
❤❤
awesome ❤
Rewarding your efforts will provide for the 🐑
Is your barley a bit yellow this year too?
Amazing
Anybody notice how close Sandi is to her thousandth video…maybe 3 or 4?
❤❤❤😊😊😊
Got Hayfever just from watching.
❤❤❤❤❤
There are other, much much better ways, but most people hate the smart ones 😂
I can SMELL it!😊
Wowwww 😮😮😮🥰🥰🥰🙏🙏
What kind of hay? Looked like Alfalfa. Love the smell. Miss it.
اول آمریکا 😅😅❤❤🎉
💛❤️💚💖❤️🔥
Is the chopping part really necessary?
What would happen if you didn't?
What's the advantage to chopping it up?
Did you think about the possible birds between the grass???
Who bags now Bobs gone west?
Please could you advise me on this? I need to know what grass you use, and then what you mix it with.
Thank you
80/20 alfalfa/oats
Why do they want it to ferment? Is it more healthy for the sheep that way?
Have a Technology make faster our agriculture produce more help to our farmers
❤❤❤❤❤
I've harvested hay before and always came away with cuts all over my arms and sore muscles from all the exhausting work, but this looks way more doable!
N - I - C - E. ❤
I am sneezing already
Yes me too‼️Loved all the fresh cut greens. 😊
But I got asthma & lung probs. Another lung CT scan tomorrow, watching the nodules. So my love is satisfied from watching this & several other yt farmers.
Glad I had some experience growing up; & a vivid imagination when watching the Channels‼️👍💞🤗
Your fields are INCREDIBLE ❤❤❤
How do you keep it from molding in the white plastic tubes.
Beautiful!! And the smell from here is so sweet!!!
