Great update Eric. I have the Cyclone kit. Not thrilled with the position of the front wheels. Some modification is necessary. The '57 is coming out good. Love the look of your wife's bug. Thanks for the tip on the added "junk" details. Thanks for sharing. Be well.

A bit of automotive paste wax might bring out the shine you're looking for.
I've even seen radio restorers use it on bakelight cabinets to add shine to surfaces (they use it on some wood finishes, too).
