IMPORTANT UPDATE - Rey’s event got a bit trickier since this video since Supreme Leader Kylo Ren got buffed a few months after this video was made so this will be a bit tougher than my guide shows.
In case you want info on my mods here are links to each (turn order especially important for Kylo’s Tier 6). Please be sure to use your best mods available on your characters as this event should not be taken lightly with the tickets:

Golfclubization this team was definitely not as easy as shown. I followed as well and got down to GLK v Rey and I barely pulled the W. I had 516 speed on my GLK and Rey still went first, not sure what that was about. His mods said GLK was below 500 and he went first. WTF on that. Somehow I also got stuck with both Finn and Poe with dmg immunity. So I could not take down the team as he did. Maybe shit RNG but I am worried trying to do this team again.
You said Kylo always dies, but I've won the last fight without losing a unit - 3*

Yeah it is a video I am very well aware won't apply to a grand majority of our community now but I wanted to put it out there because at some point it will be very important as people progress towards it and by then I'll be busy with other stuff most likely. Well it let me get 2 doughnuts at first. Now every time i do the event kylos minions one shot RH Poe before i get a turn and then it is basically game over as he then builds up over 400stacks with me seemingly unable to do enough damage and 10mins of my life down the drain he then picks off my toons one by one.
This is going to be so useful when I play this event in 2 years.

@@miccool9ice363 It doesn't take 2 years to unlock a GL in 2022. I just unlocked SLKR (minus ult, that's why I'm here) and I unlocked him in 12 months WITH lots of side farms and slow downs. If you're spending 100% of your energy and gear you can do it in 8-10 months?

What's up everyone. Ahnald, you should do an updated guide video for Tier 6 Rey and SLKR now that some time has passed and SLKR got a buff after this video was released. If people are watching this and following it to a T, they are likely to waste tickets on Rey. Barring really god-tier mods they are going to find that you only want to ability block SLKR 1-2 times with JTR. You can run into situations where he becomes unkillable if you continuously mind trick him with JTR due to the prot and health gains he gets. The most important things to know are to try to keep healing immunity on SLKR with JTR, make sure your GL Rey has enough speed to outrun the trooper adds on the sides and, like you show, keeping the taunt on JTR and lifeblooding her with GL Rey. I had JTR as the slowest character at 285 and you can use her turn to use the event ability on herself after GL Rey gives the event ability to her the 1st time on GL Rey's 1st turn. If GL Rey is not fast enough (I know 519 is fast enough) those side adds can and will 1-shot your characters on turn 1.

@@derekbradley4761 Try giving your GL Rey some offense. I think when I did this event I bumped up her offense a little bit. I remember specifically giving her a crit damage triangle. Try for some high offense % secondaries too if you can without sacrificing her speed too much. If she's not fast enough I remember the first time I tried, one of the side adds one-shot one of my characters.

Having just done this, I can confirm that it's super easy. Easiest guide I've tried, as I'm only now getting my slkr up to relic 7. In fact I only have him relic 6 atm, lost once... but this helped a lot.
This doesn't work for me with Kylo event, I end up in a 1v1 with Rey and lose.
Same here. It worked once when I took her out early somehow

I’m level 85 been f2p since abt 2017 and just found your channel a few weeks ago and slowly realizing how screwed I am for chasing random things. On the brightside though I just got Thrawn and BB8 so maybe in a few years I’ll be able to get one of these galactic legends lol

I won this tier the first time by using the ones I used in the previous tiers, but then my following like, 4 attempts failed. This video helped me back up. Using this lineup made it so easy and made me not waste those hard-earned Dark Side Currency. Thanks.

So I know I'm late to the party but I tried this strategy on Rey's tier 6 and it worked very well even now 8 months later.

I should've read the comments too. Just lost the last 3 attempts before thinking, maybe I should check the comments in case I'm not the only one! That'll teach me but I have to ask myself why I wasted 3 tries. Maybe because I'd had a couple of successes with it first so had false confidence!
I didn’t expect Phasma to actually have a use. Seems like using her with a KRU lead was better than I expected.
This is a very good thing to remember when supreme leader kylo Ren has the red triangle on him you can pass turnmeter over to the other ray without it increasing supreme leader kylo Ren's stats it works for me
By far the best video for SLKR cuz everyone else does their video after completing the p6 10 times which seems extremely stupid to me 😂

Just got my first piece thanks to this strat. I failed 4 times before this. 5 attempts is 350 tickets which at an average drop rate of 30% is around 7000 energy spent. I still have 9 more times to do this. Snoke help me. Thanks Ahnald

Here I am after over a year rewatching this event so I won't lose tickets.
i've been able to clear this event with SLKR on only 2 Zeta's, (Supreme leader and Galactic legend Zeta's only). Using the traditional: Hux, KRU, Sith trooper, FO Officer. Just keep spamming the special ability on SLKR and you're good.
Will be attempting this for the first time tomorrow, hopefully my SLKR at relic 6 is good enough

Right, “easy-peasy”. Lost hopelessly, couldnt break through SLKR protection, and lost toons one by one. Then , you go to mods where he says “don’t take this lightly”!
I do not know if you have seen it, but apparently JKR lead with Gas Hoda Yoda and Thrawn can beat Rey with her ultimate ability. I have seen the footage, and it seems pretty consistent.
You are right to say that one day in my journey I will return to this video.

I used this and lost my first T6.
Same, guide did not work. Kylo became basically immortal stacking infinite health and defense, and Rey's whirlwind was doing like 2000 damage max while he's stacking more health. Also, every time you use Mind Trick on Kylo, he heals protection and health. Lost 70 tokens yay. It worked the second time, but barely. If Ability Block from JTR doesn't hit, it makes it much more difficult.
@@calebfinn4762 maybe but i dont care kylo one will work and ill be rocking with three kylo rens in 5 years (laughs in f2p)
Here's the thing about that special ability in TR6 you can pass that ability over to Rey Jedi training but when you're in tr5 that special ability cannot be passed but still have Jedi training Rey use that ability when it's her turn and available
Beat this SLKR event for the first time yesterday.
Ok so what zeta is required for Rey?? I have lost tier6 several times now with her R9 and doing exactly what you show... whirlwind does not kill anyone and eventually Kylo kills me off... utterly annoying bs... hardest ultimate tier for GL by far and i have all but LO... ughhhhh
If only this was still viable. Failed the event 7x and followed this to the T. They buffed it

I also got the second whirlwind like you did, but it took out three players. Just kylo then fails against rey and finn. I need a more reliable counter.

This event is kicking my ass and I have an R8 rey

And sometimes in tr6 you can do a whirlwind right off the bat because they would hit resistance hero fin then Ray would have the Whirlwind right off the bat

It's be so much less annoying if they didn't have such a low cap for energy. Once I unlock SLKR I know it'll take some time to relic him so it'd be a perfect time to hoard tickets. Unfortunately 144 is only Enough to do 2 damn tiers and by then you are done gearing him and have to just wait

I did it .. *exactly* .. as you demonstrated, and it was Kylo vs Rey in the end, and she eventually even got 2 Turns in a row and sealed the deal..
All my characters have Atleast! +100 Speed and I made sure to give as much Turnmeter as possible and spam Thats an Order.

The last time I was this early Darth Vader zeta lead rancor was the most important thing at Swgoh.
It would be nice to update the notes to mention that this was before the Kylo rework and that it's much harder now.
You should do a video on average cost for whaling on each of the GLs.
Just beat the last tier was so upset not to unlock slkr ultimate at g13R7 5Zetas so got 9 more to go using g13-7 slkr kru hux officer sith trooper but only lost 15 tickets and beat tier4 w 4zeta(no siphon) and g12 4&5 zetas tier 5 all 3stars am 5/13 for Rey "Skywalker" R7 jtr bb8 scavenger R5 Finn and res trooper
1 year 2 months later here I am still struggling with Tier 6 and losing 220 + tickets in 2 accounts
