- Global superstar Camila Cabello and legendary composer Hans Zimmer have teamed up on their new track 'Take Me Back Home' to give you the first look at BBC Earth's next landmark title, Frozen Planet II, coming soon. And yes, Sir David Attenborough will be back!
The new track, ‘Take Me Back Home’, marks the first time a new song has been written to support a BBC One natural history landmark release and features the haunting vocals of Cabello supported by the epic orchestration of Zimmer and his long-term collaborators - arranger Anže Rozman and producer Russell Emanuel for Bleeding Fingers Music.

I think I watched this trailer and listened to Take Me Back Home about 1000x today. What a powerful song by Camila Cabello & Hans Zimmer. Her vocals are another level on this one. And the visuals for this trailer just out of this world. Cannot wait for Frozen Planet 2 series and I hope they release this song on streaming platforms so I can listen to it full blast every day.

BBC has the best camera crew, hands down.
Interesting, Camila wrote this song for the trailer to the series. AURORA sung this song live at the Royal Albert Hall. They both have wonderful voices, and are great performers. Aurora's vocals are also featured throughout the Frozen Planet series itself. I'm guessing that Aurora filled in for Camila, who had a conflict and was unable to be at the event. Would actually like to see a live collab by these two singer/songwriters!
