Beautiful lesson today. Thank you Matthew. I ask you and God to be patient with me as I remove these behaviors from my soul. Thank you Jesus for teaching me.
I can relate to this teaching , I pray that the lord helps us each and everyday to walk with his teaching and guide us to where we need to be. Thank you Amen!
All fresh starts require a bold leap. Love this. Thank you!
Your kids at the end of each session just warms my heart and uplifts me every day!
I enjoy the every day teaching and I've shared with my friends. They are excited to be part of the program . Thank you
AMEN 🙏
Deep Stuff! Thank you for the sharing.
What I love every day along with the teaching from Matthew Kelly is his kids at the end with their clapping, smiles and enthusiasm. They bring a smile to me and lift me up to go into the world of my daily activity. God bless each and every one of you in your Lenten journey with God the Father, Jesus the Son and the power of the Holy Spirit.
Thank you! Yes. All those little things to add up! Perfect time to pluck them out! Again thank you for theses teachings!! God bless you and your family!
There is no prosthetic for an amputated soul... Lord help me to pluck put the eye that's causing a division between me and God and loving people deeply .. Matt and family please pray for peace and for my special intentions. Gracias...
Love the kids, they make me smile first thing every morning.
Excellent story. I hope the woman was able to rise above her companion and see how she should be treated by your friend's action.
Awesome 👏👏👏 Thank you Matthew and Beautiful Family 🌹 God bless you 🌹
Thank you I needed this today you are so right !! Love this and you 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼
Thank you Matthew for the amazing videos! This one today was perfect timing and just what I needed to hear.
I can relate to this teaching. Forty years ago, my right hand was partially severed and reattached due to a factory mishap.Subsequently, I was no longer able to pursue my dream of training show horses but by the grace of God I managed to become an RN instead. God had better plans for me, even if my 19 year old self couldn't accept it at the time.
I had a brother who lost both of his legs due to his life-long battle with diabetes. He had great prosthetics and enjoyed life to the fullest. His loving heart made up overwhelmingly for his missing legs. He has been gone for 27 years and I often draw on the strength he showed me while he walked on his temporary legs. I smile today knowing that he is walking with God on two strong, healthy legs.
What a powerful story. Empathy and live is so vital. And what a string faith and hope
Linda, thanks for sharing your beautiful story. I loved it, as well as Matthew's. People relate to stories as they can be so powerful.
Beautiful story thank you for sharing what God showed you that day. Reminds me of that great saying......I cried because I had no shoes and then I met a man with no feet.
Great one.
Matthew, this video touched my heart (as do all of your videos!). Thank you for helping me to realize what I need to work on. Your guidance, books, and meditations are amazing! Thank you ☺️🙏
It's a great day to do the plucking necessary to take away the obstacles that stand between me and the life God is excited for me to live in service to him!!!
"A fresh start requires a Bold Leap." Thank you for the challenge and reminder during this blessed time of Lent, Matthew.
I love the comment about the amputated soul. Other people have such big hearts. It’s so sad that some people are in the wrong relationships. Thank you for your wisdom.
Indeed. Delighted this resonated with you Jill. Hope you will share the message with many.
What a great and inspirational video. It touched my heart. Happy St Patrick's day!
Oh did I need this. Thank you soooooooo much!!!!!
Today’s video was very helpful for me. I have a issue that when focused on it, takes time away from God. Saying the rosary next for all of us to Pluck out the thing that is getting in the way of living our best life! God Bless!
So happy I stumbled upon you interview on Newsmax on Ash Wednesday! Thank you for the daily videos thru lent. Just ordered "Difficult Teachings"
Lord, show me the Truth today, tomorrow, always. If I'm to be an instrument of Your peace, I must be cleaned of all my selfishness, egoism, skepticism, rash judgment and fear to pluck these breeders of sin from my innermost self.
Thank you for inspiring us Matthew. God bless you, praying for you and your family and happy to share your inspiration with others. Have a great day everyone
You do such an amazing job reminding us what is important and how we are supposed to live our lives. Thank you, Matthew Kelly!
Yes I know what it is but I am having difficulty getting rid of it!!
Thank you, Matthew, for this excellent post. As a victim of domestic abuse and now a Catholic writer and advocate who works within the Church to help promote awareness, education, and support to Catholic women who have been or are in abusive relationships, highlighting this issue is much appreciated. I love how you accented that such abuse is an amputation of the soul -- yet the soul can be regenerated through the redemption of Christ and through prayer, commitment, hard work, and humility. Many women in abusive situations need to hear that there are still people out there who care, and who have empathy -- which is what you described in this video. I actually cried while listening to it. Again, my heartfelt thanks and gratitude.
"There is no prosthetic for an amputated soul." Perhaps prayer is that prosthetic. And to connect it to today's Generosity Habit, there is always hope. Our prayers are powerful. St. Michael the archangel, pray for us!
I have known many children with handicapping conditions. These conditions have never held them back from being incredible people. I looked at myself and the handicapping conditions I create for myself against God... My biggest one is excuses... Man made disabilities are by far the most debilitating... Thank you for this amazing reflective moment.
Thank you for this , Matthew! You’ve given me much food for thought, and a potential to be liberated and come closer to God.
Amazing story and great reflection of amputated soul
Been doing a lot of soul searching on what is stopping me to be closer. One if the best blessings of the pandemic is slowing life down and having quiet time
Hey people, go to Mr. Kelly 's channel. There are a whole bunch of videos for kids. I think your kids will like them.
Thank you
Thank you.
Beautiful
I thought you were going to say that the man threw the napkin holder at the boyfriend. Hopefully ex boyfriend. Thanks Mathew. I have been in her shoes. A little compassion goes a long way. God bless.
May God, by His grace and mercy, compassion and sovereignty - "amputate" my inclination to sin to turn from Him and settle for less. "Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires." Galatians 5:24. Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God have mercy on me a sinner. And you my brothers and sisters, may the peace of God rule in your hearts - today and every day!
Jealousy and envy need to be plucked out of me. I look at other people and ask if I am as good or pretty or as fit or as successful as them. Why is that? I am good enough. I am successful in my own ways. I am beautiful in my own ways. Life is not a competition, rather a journey.
