Yeh shop ek fraud hai
This shop is not at all reliable for online shopping. I have purchased with them for 4-5 times in bulk. Half of the Kurtis they send are defective. They will say that we can send the products back and they will exchange but they are not serious about that. Most of the times they will keep on dragging the dispatch of your parcel claiming shortage of stock. Also they will not receive all your call once you have done the payment as well. They are sitting on my 25K for 5 months and now they do not even respond to my messages. This is the situations while I have even visited there store twice and all we get is more promises. Even the person whose number is mentioned as a complaint number is indifferent of all this.
My advice to all is that please be careful while choosing this supplier for purchasing chikankari kurtis for retail or even wholesale. They are very unprofessional and don't care about customer satisfaction. There are better professional suppliers available in Lucknow who have good business practices as well as who don't vanish after taking the clients money.
Athar sir[status::"I wont be impressed with technology, unless I can download food"],I have your whatsapp number as well, but don't want to bother you for this matter. Just one humble request though please dont promote Divya Chikan in any of your future videos on metro heights channel.
My intention overall is to make other genuine buyers aware of the ordeal that I have faced and want to save others from facing the same.
