I’m in Texas and I’m moving to Colorado next year so this is awesome
Don't do it‼️ Traffic is horrible, homeless people are everywhere, and food is expensive. It's not what you expect
That sounds exactly like Texas 😂 @@305Alligator
Meals gets cold in minutes! ⛄️🥶🥶
As someone from colorado/ denver metro area I do agree with most of what you say
Your channel helped me in such a great way when deciding to move to Denver. Ever since I was a kid, I was drawn to Colorado but didn't know why because I knew little about it. I do love mountains so maybe that's it lol. I was originally looking at Vancouver, Washington (from the bay area mostly) and ended up on Denver for several reasons including less chance of dying from a 9.0 earthquake (overdue there) lol. Anyway, thought it would be funny to mention that I also never really liked spicy food and before even considering this move I started craving spicy peppers etc in the last month. and landed on a vegan chicken chili soup dish starring "GREEN CHILES" I kid you not, turns out that might as well be the mascot of Denver from what I hear and only learned that after the fact. Seems like fate to me LOL.
Love that whole Story
Make a video about Green-Valley Ranch/ Northeast Denver Neighborhood please. I am moving there this month!
It’s expensive here in Colorado. Not cheap anymore. Food, gas, everything. A mini California. Traffic is bad now.
I live in Green Valley Ranch (20 years). It used to be nice but it’s going down hill. Street racers weekend nights on main blvd (Tower road)and neighborhood streets. I’d love to move out. Real estate is expensive, Apartments and homes. It can be nice depends on who your neighbors are in a house cause the houses are very close together.
Thanks for having us on, Sean! 🎉
Hey Eric. I remember you from the film we were in Called Train Station.
Definitely agree on the food - generally overpriced and underwhelming :(
New law..you have to register your vehicle in the State of CO within 6 months.!
Is the high registration costs they're talking about the first time registration or every year?
colorado welcome people from Tx?, I like colorado too. jobs in Texas are bad, bad employer, stressfull workplace because too many bad people
Should we buy a car before or after moving to Denver?
If your inquiring because we mention registration fees It won’t matter either way. The $ hit comes when you register. Maybe check the sales tax in your area compared to here to see which charges less when you buy
Easier to buy a rust free, AWD car in TX than it is in Denver. Probably best to buy down south. Sales tax is lower in CO.
Where can I find a drug and homeless-free (or at least less of) neighborhood in Denver? Is Capitol Hill cool? I'm curious to know if this couple regrets moving to RiNo and where they would have gone if had they known this x rated stuff before moving. One of the major reasons I'm leaving the bay area is the crime, drugs, homelessness, and overpriced apartments. A part of me thinks it's just wishful thinking for a major city to be decent, am I wrong? I just don't want it to be Oakland/San Francisco all over again, single and want to be semi-close to a major city if not in it. I keep hearing good things about Highlands though....it would be cool to do a follow-up video with these two and also a video on your new "Country Sean" life and the differences between living outside of the city :-).
I like the highlands and west highlands. Less homeless in west highlands. Maybe check around Sloan lake too. Colfax and Sheridan always have riff raff though. Encampments kind of move around and Capitol Hill is an area where you will find homeless but I really like Capitol Hill. If you wanna get a little bit out of the city check out Belmar it’s a little bit more suburban. Also, it’s Mountain Murph, not Country Sean 😉
@@SomewhereInColorado Thanks so much, "MOUNTAIN MURPH" ;P LOL Truly though, this is really helpful.
I promise, this isn't a loaded question, but I'm curious...are people in general more or less religious than in a lot of other parts of the country (compared to the south, the northeast, Pacific Northwest, Midwest, etc.)?
What do you mean by 'religious'?
@@cuttotheheart I don't know, it could mean a few things, in general more or less adhering to organized religious practice of any kind, more or less into new religious movements that others might view as cults, practicing or believing independent spiritual ideas, secular and/or atheistic, or adhering to traditional Christian church-going. The reason I was curious was that I have seen an awful lot of megachurches broadcasting from Colorado so I was curious if religion was the center of life or more off to the side for most people.
@@billbirkett7166 Colorado Springs in particular is the megachurch capital of the nation basically, but even there and throughout Colorado most people are nominally religious (off to the side) I'd say.
Please dont
My brother left there after 50 years, tired of all the crap,my big city is the same but I am happy in my own corner of the world.
Don't move to Denver or my big city unless you can get set up in a great area and have tons and tons of money!!!
Welcome to Colorado! The people here are DEFINITELY open minded, free and full of love and light. True freedom. ❤❤❤
Colorado sucks. Now go back home and tell all your friends.
