Preparing Communities for Disaster should be more than just action, its much better to go into the mental aspect. Community Emergency Response teams should be educated people helping others make changes, it is our ways and behaviours in this system that caused the problem in the first place. helping others deprogramm out of the capitalist system into community thinking and actually survive in the long term and short term with cooperation. without sustainable living we can not survive, clearly and logically.
