Why is it that in my game my driver's hands are not moving when shifting gears?? In other videos I can see he's moving his fingers to change gears but in my game he doesn't move anything, it looks really weird.... Do I need to change something ingame?

What do you mean, you can clearly see how he uses his finger to tap the shift button behind the wheel.
