    The piece has a sense of loneliness in it. Maybe it was written after the divorce with George Sand. Or maybe just Chopin's loneliness towards his death. But the latter seems acceptable

      I don't whether it was a tribute to that or not. But Chopin's engagement with Maria Wodzińska was disrupted. And George Sand was just Chopin's pen-friend, so they never really married. And Chopin didn't marry at all, but you may be right, it has a feeling of being excluded and forelorn :)

      I'm pretty sure that chopin was the one that split things up with george sand, but his broken romance with maria wodzinska is even sadder for him

      yeah it started out sounding cool but there was never a compelling chorus like in 55 1 or 15 2 or even 15 1 has a cool ass B section… this one is kinda just, yeah thats a nocturne, not much else i feel about it
