You can look at poi tutorials for this move if it is not clicking yet. Basically, the right hand leads, left follows. I've slowed it all down and showed each hand. But there might be another tutorial which is easier to see with poi.
Thank you ☺️. I have heard of people cutting them to a shorter length. You may need to stitch an edge on, otherwise it may fray. There are a few articles I googled: that you can research and UA-cam has tutorials on sewing/ hemming an edge. I haven't cut my own to be honest, but if it was too long, I would shorten it.
