I was at the game and wanted to congratulate Texas and their fans. You were certainly the better team. Also, the U of T fans traveled well, and were extremely respectful. Ive always been a fan and have kind of considered them the Michigan of the south. Good luck with the rest of your season. Looks to be super promising.

As a Michigan fan but a greater fan of football, Texas has a great team and an amazing coach. I knew after 1st week we did not have much chance of winning against Texas but oh boy I did not expect to lose in this fashion. Sark and Texas team played really smart offensively and took our best defensive players, Mason Graham, Kenneth Grant and Will Johnson, out of the equation. They did not give them a chance to make a play by playing to the sides with speed and not risking against Will Johnson. Texas played together as a team with so much heart. Congratulations on the win and good luck in your national title run. Hopefully this will be the year. I am sure this was an invaluable experience and lesson for the boys in blue and I am sure they will grow and become stronger. Go blue.

As a michigan fan grats coach sark and texas longhorns i knew before the game it was gonna be rough for michigan losing so many players replacing so many coaches and not recruiting a QB in the transfer portal thats on coach moore and as our coach that we gonna get dogwalked no excuses from me you man handle us period i look forward to seeing where texas lands in the CFB playoffs

Texas lost alot of players from last season as well. WR1 NFL - (2TDs in the league so far) WR2 NFL, WR3 NFL, TE NFL, RB1 NFL (drafted before yalls RB with a torn ACL), DT1 NFL, DT2 NFL, ILB1 NFL, RB2 Inj (for season) RB3 Inj (for season).

I was at the game in Section 6 row 4 surrounded by Texas Fans. Felt a bit like Custer at Little Big Horn. Texas played a whale of a game and I haven't seen us dominated like that at home by a NC opponent since Oregon came in and whupped us in 2006. Hats off to the Longhorns...got all the hallmarks of a championship team. Texas fans were cool and respectful...they travel extremely well. Go Blue!

Great win for the Horns
Quinn Ewers had a great game he looked calm and comfortable in the pocket.
His foot work was on point and when he does that he has the talent to make all the throws
As a fan of neither of these two teams. I thought Texas would beat Michigan going away. This outcome didn't surprise me at all. Texas has a better and more experienced team than Michigan this year. Texas is one of the few teams this year that "actually " can win the National Title. Now Michigan, I thought your young QB did some good things today. Sure there are growing pains with a young QB. That being said I think the Michigan QB can be a good QB for Michigan. In summary... good win for Texas at a big time stadium. For Michigan, keep your heads up. This year may not be your year. FYI I didn't think it was before the season started. However that doesn't mean you can't still get better as the season goes on.

What I will say is Alabama faced a similar situation last year. They lost to us in big way by their standards. They had huge question marks about their team and mostly their quarterback. What I told my good friends they were Tide fans was calm down. It’s early. I will say the same to you guys. You have a good defense but they’re not super human. They spent a lot of time on the field. What impressed me was the size of your line and how they move. This Michigan team has meat at the table and weapons to work with. Not many teams can say that. I know a ton of fan bases that would jump for the opportunity to have squad like yours. Be patient and let your team grow. If week six comes and you’re still taking loses like this, that’s when I would be worried. Texas rocked Jalen Milroe last year and he grew into a better and much improved quarterback. This game was very historic and iconic. I figured it would be closer. Still you can’t beat the venue and the history or the teams playing. Good luck Wolverines. Hook’em

I went to UT and have friends at Michigan. Classy place, good program, it was great to beat them and next year’s game in Austin will be fun!
"Next year's game" won't be until 2027. Next year is Ohio St. in Columbus.

As a 〽️ fan I’m not even mad Texas won. They looked great. I’m more upset at the lack of preparation by the Michigan coaches. They looked lost. I tip my hat to Sark for taking his foot off the gas in the 2nd half and showing some mercy. They could have dropped 50 if they wanted to.
We were bound to watch Michigan lose a game at some point this season. Might as well be to a National Championship caliber team and not lose at home to Northern Illinois.
