Hi Penguin and Chef! Yes, this Christmas my mother, stepfather and daughter was sick. My brother and I were both fine. So needless to say it threw a kink in our get together. I like using evaporated milk to make gravy, it makes it so creamy. Your cherry pistachio fudge looks so delicious. Chef, you’re so funny. Have a blessed day, love y’all ❤️🙏

Chef mentioned divinity -- my Grandmother made divinity every Christmas. I tried it and could never get it to turn out, or setup or whatever you want to call it. How do you come up with your fudge ideas? Cherry and pistachio sounds delicious!
Hi Deb ❤️ If I can, I'll make some divinity next holiday season. Yes, it's referred to as "setting up", when the divinity or fudge gets solid enough to cut into pieces. As for fudge ideas, it's usually recommendations from family. Something they want to try. Our previous Mocha frappe fudge was a recommendation by chef, cause we always by those drinks from Starbucks or McDonald's lol. You'll be receiving some cherry-pistachio fudge as well (hoping to have it sent out by Tuesday). Hope you like it. Love you all and Happy New Year's Eve ❤️ 🥳 🐾 ❤️
