  • Hey everybody I thought that I’d do a part 2 as I promised to and I have talked about my own experience of what my Meltdowns are like and behaviours of other people on the Autistic Spectrum. I have also attached pictures of local establishments that Autistic people will not cope going to as mentioned on this video. Please like comment share and subscribe to my channel.

    Very useful video Gemma, and very well explained. I'm glad you managed to calm yourself down with breathing exercises. Breathing exercises are such a simple thing to do, but so useful in a lot of different situations. Well done hun xx
