Heard this on the radio and couldn't guess the vocalist. A cross between early Dylan and Rod Stewart. It's Mick Hucknall. A really nice sounding voice and great cover.
Mick Hucknall does a really fine job with what must surely be one of Dylan's most beautiful and underrated songs. He keeps Dylan's musical template for the song but vocally and, as a consequence, emotionally, he makes it his own.

I saw Dylan 35 times the first time was November 12, 1965 at the Cleveland music hall. I met Dylan on july 17, 1991 in Cleveland. he was walking by himself. he was very nice to me. favorite Dylan songs are like a rolling stone, sad eyed lady of the lowlands and sooner or later one of us must know.
