How to make creamy salmon pasta without using cream. This salmon and green peas recipe contains penne pasta in a creamy garlic cheese sauce with pan fried salmon and is ready in twenty minutes. A classic Italian pasta dish which is fully seasoning adjustable to your taste, using your favourite pasta shapes and size and adapting the thickness to your preference. Great for lunch and dinner and as a snack.
Ingredients: -
200g Penne Pasta or Alternatives
½ Teaspoon Sea Salt
2 Tablespoons Mild Olive Oil
½ Sweet White Onion
¼ Sweet Red Pepper
1 Tablespoon Wholemeal Flour
100g Frozen Green Peas
1 Teaspoon Garlic Granules
1 Teaspoon Onion Granules
1 Teaspoon Paprika Powder
30g Grated Parmesan Cheese
250ml Semi-Skimmed Milk
Pre-Fried Salmon Fillet
1 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
1 Tablespoon Teriyaki Sauce
1 Teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce (Optional)
Garnish: - Parmesan Cheese
