when connected to the discord, it switches to hands free and the sound quality drops excessively... at the same time, the sound quality of the game becomes very bad. i couldn't figure it out.

That’s how it works with non-2.4ghz dongle headphone. The mic and speaker kinda pass through a different signal whenever you need to use the mic.

Im have this headphones and im not happy it have good constuction on hade its very comfortable but the spund quality ? Is soooo bad im have wireless headphones from sony, sony wh510 im thing, sound 20 times better and is 3 time cheeper
