Are the transistors just there so no current will flow once the potentiometer is turned down far enough? Could they be removed and have the leds just on the potentiometers?
Yep, again a very clear explanation of a clever circuit, that can be used to learn or amusing yourself. Very well done, brother, I enjoyed your video 100%. Have a wonderful, prosperous and blessed future, brother. Stay safe, healthy, strong and happy 👋 💖✌️🍀🍀🍀❣️
This is a great project. Thank you for sharing your fine work. I am not a techie so learning is slow. I want to control RGBW 12volt strip led. If I make a board with 4 of each components will this work and can I input 12 volts instead of 5 volts. Please advise. Regards Ernie
Not sure about how much this circuit eat away power or how long it can support. Its not much of how long the strip is, but how much current draw it demands. You can find that out from the manufacturer of the strip or trying to find the datasheet for the led element it self, but for the potentiometer long as its same value it should be fine, just find data sheet for knob version he uses and one you plan to use, compare and look right points. Least this is my understanding
What you think hacktubers,am I explain the circuits good?
yes bro you explained nicely
yes brother your explanation is awesome
Thank you
Thanks man
Thanks man
I finally found the time to finish this little project up.
I have a short string of 12v RGB LED's.
Works great.
:)
Thanks Hacktuber!
bro love from India 😍😍
awesome video brother amazing concept.
i am not first,
i am not last,
when notification comes i click fast...
Nice and good work welcome
10 th like from me
👍😍

Super rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr 👌❤️👌❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ video
Beautiful 👌
The best
From Mexico City I send my congratulations, thank you very much! :D
👍👍👍Awesome👏👏👏
It is great to see this RGB led control circuit while I was searching it for a week.
Thanks, well appreciated.🤗🤗🤗
No problem
self blinking by ATtiny13 or xxxx?
Bro can I use the same circut for big led strip with 12v 1/1.5A

Without transistors you gona burnout potentiometers
Nice
I have a common cathode RGB LED, any way to wire it so I can adjust the positive?
Awesome 👍😊👌 bro keep it up and love from BANGLADESH 🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩
I think red led is not getting full current looks very dim than blue and green
It’s the long wavelength of the red colour. Have a great time. Blessings to you and your ✌️🍀❣️
Love from Bangladesh 💕
That's cool 🔥🔥🔥
First
Nicely explained dude!

Thanka for kind words, stay safe also
Can this circuit handle 0.40ma?
Amazing. Will this work for a 24v RGB strip? How will the resistor values vary? Thank you very much.
Yes it will work.
This is a great project. Thank you for sharing your fine work.

Hello, good work! Can I also operate this with 12v?

Yes, of course if led strip is 12v
Is it possible to replace the 3 potentiometer with a single switch to cycle between different colors ?
without using microcontrollers
The circuit work without IC,cycling thrue colors only with pots
Awesome!!
Making a 100watt smd led driver sir..
I bought underglow for my car, how could I learn which of the 4 pins in a connector are ground and which are red, green, blue?
🥰🥰🥰🥰
Does it work with RGB 5050 60Leds /1Meter Model with 12V?
Can it work with 12v
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I really hope if u can give some link to buy :)
It clears my fundamental
which type of wire you are using to
magnet wire
You and electro boom are asom
Does this work for the 1m rgb strip? I'm trying to do with thumbwheel potentiometer instead of the knobs.

Where are you from?
Can u make wireless charger for any phone which even doesnt support it...plzzzz..can copper coil will work???
THATS IMPOSIBLE
Thank you for that, i love your vids but can you make another one like that but using MOSFET for high current?
Can i request the circuit diagram and wiring for the rgb wire
👍
Wow

Make a 💯 watt smd led simple constant current circuit driver sir plzzzzz....
If you need constant current you need to use mosfet, check circuits on web, make calculations and you're done
OMG👍
Ok
Hello
and I have the same watch as yours
