The 3k watch hours + 500 subs only unlocks super thanks and smt else it does not unlock adsense. However for adsense you need 1k subs and 4k watch hours in the last 365 days or 10million views on shorts in the past 90 days.

Where did you see that the requirements are only 3000 watch hours and 500 subscribers? I'm seeing it as still being 4k and 1k
