[MLA] My Thoughts on CLARA!

- I’m still not happy with the Hybrid team. Worst problem of Clara is the extremely slow buff ( Clara Wish ). She’s otherwise a powerful hero that is more suitable in a Shar setup, replacing either Nana or Xeno. Shar team got upgraded, maybe that’s why we’re getting Tokinibara?
