The guy that stabbed him was his brother but the brother didn't mean to kill Taehyung's character, the guy that started crying and was asking 'what's wrong with him?' Was taehyung's character's best friend who he was really close to that's why he was so sad :((

+JoseOchoaTV Ok ill explain you Hansungs story ,his brother Dan Se(the 1 who was in red) is half blooded 1 so thats why he cant represent his own family but Hansung is the only 1 who can because he had that full royalty blood so his whole family had big hopes on him and Dan Se had bodyguard\brother
anny function ,and granpa was beating Dan Se many times because of Hansung , for Hansung a representation of an idol was that guy who Dan Se wanted to kill,so he confessed to him about making up his mind,becoming more serious and that this hard pass they will walk together and he promised it himself,and that guy in the end was 1 of his friends a lot of people were and are still shipping them.But earlier or later Hansungs death had to happen because in the end of 1 episode his grandpa told that if things get worther Hansung will kill himself and yeah thats it.
The dude freaking out was his best friend or in my opinion, his lover.. *-*
What got me crying, even more, were the scenes after. Not gonna spoil much, but Hansung wrote this letter to his grandpa and basically his character was reading the letter out loud in his last scenes...and it broke me into pieces. Those scenes made his death even sadder...and now I'm crying again 😭😭

The person who killed him was the brother, but he didn't mean to do it. The death scene was really sad and I know a lot of people were upset that V's character died, but I can't help but think that acting well in an emotional, dramatic scene will lead to other roles for V.
The full happening+backstory had me full on crying, it was sooo sad but good. His brother was the one in red, you'll understand when you watch the drama!

Oh my God, I cried again watching this scene. You know Jose, knowing the story is even more intense and sad. Hwarang is an excellent drama, with actors even more excellent. Yesterday I finished the drama watching episode 20, it was a very nice conclusion, like the whole drama. Hopefully Taehyung will play other roles, I'm sure he will become a very talented and beautiful actor. His hyungs have not stopped to say he has great potential.

MsPaulii10 I did not watch Moon Lovers but I highly recommend you Hwarang. The ending is consistent with the whole story and personally I liked it very much, it's very beautiful, very poetic with lots of undertones. The drama is very funny, we quickly become attached to the characters ... I hope you will watch !
MsPaulii10 well... I love the cast, they did a really good job but in my opinion the show is not that good. It has more to do with the writing, instead of a historical drama I feel like I was watching one of those high school dramas, and they don't show the hwarang's life as much as the romantic storyline.
It was extra hard because even though it's a character, we see Taehyung die in a way. We all know that face and love the person with that face you know. Also Hansung's personality was also so similar to Taehyung's, he was so lively and bubbly and adorable and he didn't deserve to die. God I cry every time I watch this scene...

So last week I was on twitter before watching the episodes, and everyone was talking about this so they spoiled it for me. Honestly, I still didn't watch last weeks episodes or this weeks episodes. Like a lot of people predicted this anyway, but I was hoping it wouldn't happen. I don't know if I'll finish the drama now. I like the other actors, but the story line is so slow paced.
When I saw the scene in the drama I cried so much, not little sniff and tears NO I MEAN FULL ON SOBBING MY HEART OUT IN ABSOLUTE PAIN. I WAS UGLY CRYING. I came into the video thinking I was fine, I knew I'd be sad, I didn't think I was gonna start sobbing again

You will not regret watching this. It just ended on Tuesday so you will be able to watch it all without having to wait. V was so cute in it. I loved the show. I don't rewatch many dramas, but I will rewatch this one. Btw - his brother is the one who poisoned his blade.
