I've never seen a more accurate description of how kpop helped me overcome my depression. I was too busy watching content to think and in all the free time I had I listened to their music and felt happy remembering all my favorite lyrics and moment of the group I was listening too. A little over a year later I'm no longer suicidal and my depression is a lot better than before. I'm so much happier now 😅 kpop really is a live saver
Guys, I didn't realize there are so many Czennies who are struggling with depression. I was in medication for 3 years and almost killed myself two times. This pandemic situation made it even worse. I knew about kpop for 4-5 years and actually a big fan of EXO! But NCT really saved me in 2020. I really really adore these 23 boys. They keep me busy from my disturbing thoughts and inspire me to be a weird but a good human being.I hope each of you could find peace and solace in these overly talented boys. Love you all.💚💚
